Right. So...
The car: '07 Mercedes Benz CL.

As always, I'm open to requests for the next comp/"week".

Two things before you start:
1. Do Not host with Imageshack. It is very hit-or-miss for me, and thus I cannot always see that you do have an entry.
Try www.xs.to , as they have been working well for me recently.
2. Resize the entry to 800x600. By all means post a link to the full-res version, but the final entry must be 800x600.

i just may get in on this one, that car has some potential. When exactly is the deadline for it? and lastly this is my first time entering a comp so i was jus wonderin if i post my entry in this thread or if it goes somewhere else? thanx

OK, sorry for the confusion.
Basically, there is no set deadline. Once there are enough entries to establish a reasonable poll (Say, 3 or 4 minimum), I will then post one (Unless there is someone wanting to enter who has not yet done so).

Post your entry in this thread. Make sure it's the size of 800x600, then host it to an image-hosting site (Such as www.xs.to , Please do not use Imageshack)), and use the 'direct link to image' code.
Any more questions?

Not particularly significant changes, although I'm not done yet.

that looks pretty nice so far, only thing i see is that the rear wheel still has some of the backround of its picture on it (the jagged white stuff). funny though, i did a similar thing with my headlights.

Yeah, I know about the wheels. Again, it's a WIP. I'm not done with it, yet .

Both of your entries look great. Very creative, Speedy. I never would've thought to do a cabriolet.

yea when i first saw the car i thought it looked a little awkward with a full roof so i fixed it , I like casio's car but im not 2 nuts about the pink lol, nice job on the background though.

Pink is the best colour! I'd have a pink car if I could...Instead I've got a stupid purple one, and I saw a 911 once in Pink. (I'm not lying).

I had a hard time with the color, but I think it turned out OK, if not a little on the dull side.
Susq, I must grudgingly agree the the M5 chin does look good on the CL like that.

Maccie, I can see your entry. Looks great. In fact, I can see all the entries for the first time in a few weeks. And by seeing this, I can see that, as always, my entry is mild compared to the rest.

alright i got 2 guesses, i think its either the me 412 (though it can't be made much nicer than it already is ) or the aspen?

ME412 is a concept car.. not production; and the Aspen hasnt hit dealers yet, unlike the car i'm thinking of

btw, chrysler group = jeep, mercedes, dodge, chrysler

alright i will make a final effort and guess one car from each company lol, if i dont get it now i give up. ok lets start with jeep- the compass. for mercedes lets say one of the GL class. for dodge lets go with the nitro. and the third attempt from chrysler will be the sebring sedan. if im not right u better just tell us what it is lol.
