Right-O. Time for #140.
The Car: Ford GT

As per the usual opening spiel, I'm always open to requests for upcoming weeks. No set deadline to speak of, but when we get enough entries, I'll post the poll.
Images Must be resized to 1024x768 or smaller. Images that are not resized will not be included in the poll. Also, please mark your final entry as such with some bold red writing. It makes it clearer to me which entry is to be used, as many of you (including myself) often post WIPs. As one last detail, please post the actual image for your final entry, rather than a thumbnail.



Oh, and if at all possible, stay away from Imageshack. It's been a bit better than usual for me, but it's still easiest if you avoid it and stay away from problems.

Edit - Just a heads up, I probably won't have time to make an entry this week, I'm going to be very busy through the start of January. I'll try to keep up with the PSC series, though.

Hmmm, thats not the greatest car to do a comp with, what can u do to it? Ill give it a shot tho, may just be a bit over the top tho

I agree with this completely and wholeheartedly. However, a few members have been clamoring for exotics as of late. I have already explained it twice, but I guess I'll let them figure it out for themselves.

Yea i think its gonna be a pretty weak battle, i dont wanna mess up such a perfect car. Ah well, if im gonna mess it up, im gonna mess it up gooood lol

I'm going to make it one of the old Le Mans race cars. I have three options. The red and blue one on GT, the gold number 5, and the black 6. I think I'm going with the blackjack (that is not it's real name. I just made it up).

And for the record, this is going to be my first photoshop .

So far so good I say, but if you screw it you better prepare your self because it's a direct decend of the GT40 wich is my favorite/dream car so you better make it look good

Susq, I gotta ask how you did that. Just shorten the whole car while making it taller? Or did you cut it up into bits and reassemble it after modifying it?

Basic, your entry looks great. Did you airbrush the lower vent, or get it off another car?

i squished it; kept the wheels stock sized; and re-applied the overlapping parts [like the door line and vynil, etc] -- not too dificult.. took me like 10 minutes.

Finished my entry. Suprisingly i kinda liked workin on this car, about and hour and a half into this one, hope u like it!

I am not sure i am going to be able to get an entry. somehow i deleted my NTLDR file so my PC in not booting up, hopefully i can get it back to work tonight. wish me luck.

Not necessarily. The PSC entries tend to rise and fall. People have some free time, then realise they don't anymore.

But yeah, the GT can't have much done to it as something like a Saloon. Still, could have been better.

Right. Sorry guys about the absence, I was away for five days over new years, and have had about five minutes on GTP over the last couple days since I've been back.
I'm off to bed in a few minutes, but I'll try and get the poll up on Friday.
