I saw that in the mirror. Heartbreaking
Especially since it seemed that I had good enough tires to have another go at you before the line.
BTW... How did you an Litchi catch me up so severely in the pit stops?

Yeah I face-palmed myself at Laguna by spinning into the inside tire wall on Rahal.

carracerptpWill anyone be testing at indy tonight? Looking to do some tuning.

Maybe. I'm working on some clips right now. 👍Will anyone be testing at indy tonight? Looking to do some tuning.
I saw you guys coming up in my mirror to lap me, so I decided to just move out of the way, didn't want to mess with what looked like quite a battle for first.
MÜLE_9242;6848403And there's my 2nd big choke job for everyone to see.... :/
I think you did really well. You are focusing on the negative instead of the positives of your race. The Screw is a tough corner and very easy to overshoot. Quit being such a Debbie Downer and be proud of the fact that you had such a great battle. 👍
My goal was to not be in your way for the last corner but was shocked to see how quickly you were on me. I was trying to get off the line leading into the last left. Sorry man.
Had to shut the door on Brosif, because I knew well enough how awful dirty air is, especially here.
IMO, I think it's because rear-biased brake setups (which many here use) don't work well under draft conditions. They behave quite differently which requires an adjustment period. IIRC, you've always gone with more front brake, a setup I've used before and I'll admit, the car behaves more predictably.See, this is something I've never had experience with. A lot of people talk about it, but I have never noticed a change in handling being behind someone. I know several people can probably speak up about being on the receiving end of my car being right on their rear bumper, and while doing that I've never really had an issue.

Granted, although I still believe the draft/wash effects are not right in this game, especially at low speeds. There are things that I've done that has helped me adjust to the draft:I notice it more when I have a snob nose (raised front ride height). But I think most of it comes from trying to drive a time-trial behind a car rather than racing/following the car in front. Using the same line, brake point, acceleration point when in the draft and expecting it to work is rather naive.

1:39.577
1:39.659
I seem to have lost the link for adding to the qualifying sheet.
I pretty much botched that corner on both my Q runs because I honestly didn't know what was considered dirty. Also, I assume you guys know the rules for Turn 11 so I won't have to make some fancy graphic showing you what not to do.
