Good news guys. Really, really good news. I had a final interview for that job I wanted today. Felt it went quite well. 10 minutes later, I got a phone call. Start on Wednesday :D! Not sure if I will be at the final race due to this, but when I find out will let you know.

Happy days :)!

Great news mate! Hope you can still make the last race! Well done fella.

Since we are going on about things GT5 needs a real track editor where we can change a pieces camber, gradient curve ect ect ;).

Yeah 288 GTO was nice in Test Drive 1 on PC .

Also anyone set any times at GP/F that I can have as a referance.

They would never make it good enough so that we can replicate real life tracks. So no thanks. :indiff:

Haven't put down a lap at GP/F yet. Fastest lap in season 2 was a 2:08 so perhaps a few seconds faster than that.

Still unsure if I will be there this weekend, hopefully find out tomorrow. Saturday is our busiest, so depends if they want me there for training or not.

I have an idea. Due to work commitments I'm sadly unable to attend. May I suggest Bronco runs in the Z? I think it's best for my team Delirium. Make me proud :)?

I should make it as well. Hoping to qualify tomorrow night, my time.

I cant attend, my logitech which is less than a year old has rusted it's screws shut, so I can take it apart all the way to fix it.
Piece of utter crap. No way I can run with all 3 pedals randomly sticking as bad as they are either.

Edit: Found another way to get the pedal faces off so I can work on the thing. Unbelievable mount of rust and dust in there.
Would it kill them to put a 50 cent rubber cover behind the pedal faces on a wheel this pricey? Or at least screws that don't rust themselves out? Geez.

Logitech is a global mass-market company. You're going to get quality issues and cut corners. That's just how they do business.

It's bone dry over here, so it's surprising. I also never use any shoes from outside, socks only.
Even the shifter linkage (which is never touched) has it but weirdly the wheel itself is perfectly fine.
The pedals aren't the culprit as the travel properly, rather it's probably dust or something inside.
In cleaning process at the moment.

About once every 6-12month you should take everything apart and clean your potentiometers (and lube if they're cheaper sliding contact pots). Just like a real car you have to regularly maintain your equipment. ;)

How do I clean the potentiometers? I've searched and realized that+dust/debris are a common problem but on the process of cleaning them Im not too sure.
Any links you can recommend? I'll try anything!
