Edit: You have it all mixed up. If you are putting Grand Valley at the end, then the next race should be Tsukuba.

You can adjust aero just you cannot add more power to compensate for the PP loss and the hp specs are for the car fully ran in on those mods.

When you have practiced and are ready to qualify, you can post here to arrange a time for a steward to come and watch you. There's normally some qualifying/practice rooms open through the week which you can join aswell to qualify. 👍
