PURE | JGTS 2 | Practice Race​

As previously stated, I'll host a 29+1 lap race tomorrow.
The reason is to test fuel depletion and tire wear, and ofc to get an idea of lap times while in a pack (if we're enough drivers that is).
There's no need to sign up or anything. Just show if you have the time and energy. 👍
This is a relaxed race with light damage.

Struggling with my lsd settings for this track, any advice?

I use a low LSD setting. It's mainly for the race though do help reduce rear wheels to spin during longer stints.
For Q I'm going to use 8/22/30
And for the race 8/18/24

This is for the HSV tough.

Yeah. Problem is that the tires are'nt performing to 100% until lap 4-6, and by then, the Q is already done..


Awesome 30 lap race earlier btw.

Let's say that wich strategy to use is'nt crystal clear.
It will depend on how things evolve during the race imo.

No.
We will stick to the original schedule if so much as one driver can't race due to us switching start times.
But, keep in mind that we run 2 divisions, so there's a possibility for one of the divisions to start earlier.

This will have to be finalized when we know who'll end up in wich division.
So set your Q as usual.

Let's say you make D1, but D2 is the only division where 100% of the guys approve an earlier start time, you can leave your spot, race in D2, and D2 pole will start last in D1.

To put it short, there's ways to try to work this out.

The complications come from not knowing what division everyone will qualify in. So it would end up being a last-minute decision.

Probably easier to keep track of just the "no votes to an earlier start" btw.

No, he means we ask everyone in the meantime, and while answers are being collected, maybe qualify. The other option would be wait and see and maybe have time to qualify.

We have thanksgiving dinner Sunday and they are eating an hour earlier this year so I could make my race and eat.

If we start the race earlier count me out.

I need to know ASAP cause if so I ain't bothering practicing anymore this week nor will I have to bother qualifying.
