I will not have the time to qualify, but would like to start in the back (nothing would change for me :) ) if possible.

I will probably wait until half time in the England v France game, cant miss this game

I will be qualifying soon, I hope Michouw's room is still open.

Can't qualify have no time but i'll race for sure :).

As usual, track rules apply for Spa - maximum of two wheels allowed past the rumble strips/white line. Here are some pictures to show the dirty areas of the track.

I will be missing this race as I have an important exam the morning after and I need to do all the revision I can for it. I have full faith in Litchi, Paginas and the rest of the stewards to manage things while I'm away 👍

Just re-posting this for sake of awareness. Litchi, Paginas, you guys got tonight's race covered?

Deadline passed now no? So all times posted will get 2% pen?

Nevermind just looked at times thanks for nearly proving my right Twissy and Tony :D. 2:18s nice laps .

  • Make sure to stay on track at ALL times with at least 2 wheels touching white line / Red / White curb.
  • Eau Rouge, Pouhon, Blanchimont and Bus Stop are easy to misjudge. If you for some reason misjudge any corner, make sure to act in line with the GTP's OLR. Failing to do so will result in a penalty.
  • Pit Entry: Prior the pit entrance, there's a tight right/left s turn. When going in to the pits, make sure to stay close to the grass on your right side for optimal angle in to the pit lane. It's narrow and sorrounded by concrete. So it can be a disaster to catch a slide. Make sure to take it easy.
  • Pit Exit: The pit exit is short and tight. Going out from the pits with full throttle will cause your car to spin. You can cross the white line when exiting the pits, but as always you need to make sure that you do not interfere with oncomming traffic. If you do interfere, you're subject for recieving a penalty. Same goes for a car on track that cuts the white line and interfere with a car that are about to enter the track.
  • Track boundaries: Always stay inside the white line/red and white rumble strip with at least 2 wheels all the time.
Pouhon and Blanchimont are tricky, and going wide here gains you quite some time. Make sure to do your absolute best to stay inside the track limits. Failing to do so repetedly will result in a penalty.

Despite what it may say in the OP, there will be no formation laps this season. There is simply no need :dopey:

Final Grid TBA.
If you want to race but haven't qualified or don't intend to in the next hour, please post here your intention to race. You will only be able to race if there are spots available, and any available spots will be first post, first serve.

Have a good race guys! :gtpflag:

Wow I'm surprised with the pace I had. Just jumped in the car and bang everything just seemed to be right.

Good luck to everyone during race should be interesting at the front and the midfield looks close too.

I'm pleased that I'm not last of those who managed to set a time.

Admittedly their aliens but Tony was who set the pole in WSGTC GT500 too ;).

Did a quick practice and with a little tuning I hit mid 20s :).

You're never going to believe what happened to me...my brother stole my laptop, and that resulted in all connected devices getting DC'd. I went up to complain, and he ended up hitting me, bare-knuckle-boxing-style and he almost broke my glasses.

So, that's my 2 dropped races wasted. So much for going out next Monday to watch the final Ireland match. 👎

I wonder, Twissy, how did you lose at Tsukuba?
