I was trying to burn the fronts on the way in and go easy on the rears exiting, which surprisingly worked out pretty well. But I'm pretty sure the rears would have been gone by lap 16, it was all downhill from lap 13, lap 12 was really their last *good* rubber. Running 1'48s would have probably required a 3-stop strategy and green skin.

You might be right.

The one thing I know about aliens is that they use less rubber to go faster.
I think Adam/Tony could do it, (pitting after 21 of 43) it might not be faster for them than a 2 stopper, but they could reach it with some rubber left.
