Torque at the wheels is over 9,000. Horsepower unknown.

That's amazing.

No, actually over 9,000. Actual figure.
Uh no that is a Rolls-Royce Nimbus Helicopter engine which puts out around 1,000 HP. Even modern Aircraft turboshafts like the Rolls Royce AE2100 which is in the C-130J puts out around 4600hp. The most powerful turboshaft is 14,000hp Kuznetsov NK-12 found in the Tu-95. None of those would fit in a minivan.

The tail says otherwise... although they don't look OEM. The article stated '70 Charger but I asumed it was a '68 due to the tail. If this is custom, then my bad.

Interesting, as I didn't see the rear before. And after seeing the rear, it's easy to understand why you thought it was a 68. It appears they grafted on the rear panel and taillights from a 68.

I know what it is, I read the Pure Vision website. It's suppose to mimic a 500 with the front fascia.
But, it really bears no resemblance to the 69 500 front end, though. Exposed headlights and flush mounted grille were 2 of the main distinguishing features of the 500, and this is clearly the 70 grille which is recessed and has hidden headlights, a horizontal divider and wrap-around bumper.

For comparison, here's a 69 500 front end...

Your main issue here is thinking that the 500 was only offered in 69, when there were late 68 models and there were also 70s Charger 500 (the one that I'm talking about) the version made so famous by the F&F franchise.

There were also early third gen versions as well.
