It's available for the mindbending asking price of 1,000,000Cr.

Yes it is - Japan, Nissan, Legendary Cars (or whatever your regional variant is - not New Cars, but the next one).

We have a full carlist in our Wiki, including the locations of all of the cars in the game.

If you take a quick look in the Nissan showrooms, then yes, you can buy it.

I suggest looking through this list next time you want to know if anything is buyable or not.
