Race Car Drift Projects - Settings and techniques

OK, I've updated post no 1, new settings include:
ASL ARTA Garaiya
BMW M3 GTR Race Car
Mazda RX8 LM Race Car
Mazda RX7 LM Race Car

Any other suggestions are welcome guys, my next effore will be the Racing Silvia for GT4 Fan...

DriftDreamer, notice the thread topic said "Race car".. :dunce:

Meaning a production car like a Subaru WRX 22B does not count

I didn't think it was a race car, but then again I wasn't sure...

DriftingDreamer Race Cars only... If you want the 22B settings, go check out the official Drift Settings Depot at the top of the Drifting board... Your settings may be there, if they're not, then request them... ;)

If you want me to have a bash @ the Scooby Race Car, I'll gladly comply... ;)

ahah didnt read the first page, only the 2nd and asuumed .......

EDIT: yeah ive had the 22b in my mind for awile...it IS NOT in the settings depot AND it has been requested but no one has yet to do it...
 
Nice, :), I've drifted one of the Supra's too (the red one), but I haven't perfected it yet... I'll take a look at your settings and give it a whirl... ;)

if you really need some quick cash bring a rally car to the 2nd rally race : i think its the capri ralley ( i use the toyota RSC rally raid car ... a kick ass SUV once modded ). then just win both of the rally race, only 4 laps total and the competition car is really slow, it takes about ten minutes total. the winning credits suck, but the prize car is the toyota RSC rally raid car, which you can sell for 250,000 a pop. so in about 40 minutes, you can have a little over a cool million to fuel your drifting pleasures. i did this one afternoon and had enough money ( over ten million, to buy the exclusive 4 black racing cars in the used car lots ). its just quick and easy, so i do it when im low on cash, so i can get back to my drifting as soon as possible!!! 👍

Nahh... That's the slow way...

The Deutsche Touring Car Championship in the European Events section is far more lucretive... Just get an Audi or Opel touring car, mod it up, enter the championship in B-spec... Set it to 4 and overtake (triangle button), then set it to 3 times speed... It takes about ten minutes to do the whole series... When you're done, you have over 900k to play with...

I have been making money in the roadster 4h which I've been BSpeccing like crazy cos I'm short only the orange RX7 LM Race Car... grrrr Got 4 yellows in a row now... :( They sell for 120K a pop and with the amount of b specs on that race (2 per day) I'm getting cash in steadily... My MX5 1800RS has around 7000 km on it from trying to get all the RX7 colours... hehehe...

I'll be drifting the 350Z and the GTR this weekend guys, settings will be up on Monday!!!

Try as I did, I just couldn't get this thing to drift properly...
1. You can't add an LSD
2. You can't add a VCD

These 2 facts make it really hard to drift... Perhaps there are other AWD drifters that have settings for this car??? Post here if you do.

Yeah i saw that after i posted it, dont worry about it.

BTW i think i might use one of your racing cars in this weeks DPC
 
boomboy, I'd be honored if you used my settings, remember to tweak them to suite your style though... ;)

Driftah2ThLimit, is that a request for settings? if so, I'll add it to the list...
