Well I'm pleased with my results, however they are quite inconsistent, but averaging it out makes me end up at around mid-pack.

Are those first initials tied to what we're driving?

Also, I will have the Will Power schemes ready shortly
The drivers first name in game was the real drivers full name (Like my car was named "Kyle Busch" "Jahgee1124"), the cars in season will have the drivers real name

Ohhh, good to know. Incoming Schemes!

EDIT: See Below. Thanks guys.

Team GTPlanet Update

After the first few test sessions, former GT Academy winner Jann Mardenborough showed the field he could race on ovals. Teammates and mentors Sebastien Vettel and Michael Schumacher were happy for him in these test sessions. With 2 top 10's, and one bad finish due to a faulty car, Jann Mardenborough is proving himself a nice driver to support super star F1 drivers Vettel and Schumacher.

So how the upgrade points work for this test:
  • Every driver started with 53 points
  • The position you finished in the test for each round was subtracted from your points
  • The maximum amount of points that could have possibly been earned was 50
  • The minimum amount of points that could have been earned was 5
With that said, here's how many points everyone earned. You get that many points to apply to each of your cars
As for how upgrades work, I will describe it here.
  • Every car has 6 ratings
    • Pit Crew Consistency Minimum
    • Pit Crew Consistency Maximum
    • Pit Crew Speed Minimum
    • Pit Crew Speed Maximum
    • Pit Crew Strategy Minimum
    • Pit Crew Strategy Maximum
  • Each rating right now is set to 0
  • Each rating has a maximum of 100
  • To upgrade the minimum of a rating, you must have upgraded the maximum to the same or higher amount
    • For example, if you want to upgrade the minimum of Speed by 5 points, you must have upgraded the maximum of Speed by 5 or more points
  • In order to purchase an upgrade, you must tag me in the post and say specifically which ratings you want upgraded and by how much. For example:
    Insert Your Name Here
Hi @Jahgee1124, I'd like to purchase the following upgrades
    • Car Number #X
    • Pit Crew Consistency Minimum +5
    • Pit Crew Consistency Maximum +10
    Thanks
  • These test points are the only time you can use upgrade points on both cars.
  • All other times you can only spend the points that car has earned on upgrades.

Shouldn't I have 22? My finishes were 6th, 8th, and 17th. That's 31. 53-31 is 22.

sorry for the double post though.

It wasn't the race finishes, it was the test finishes.

In the tests, you finished 13th, 16th & 15th in that order

  • Pit Crew Consistency Minimum +4
  • Pit Crew Consistency Maximum +2
  • Pit Crew Speed Minimum +4
  • Pit Crew Speed Maximum +2
Both cars
