Sorry I'm out due to getting into FGTA World Touring Car Championship. Need to concentrate my efforts. I wish you guys well...like your series but I'm so overextended its not funny.

Nothing is easy - you have to race first and finish the race to get points - right?

Well, completing 50% of a race means half points. Completing 90% means full points

I understand and respect your "no exceptions, without notification" in regard to being late for the practice start. I moved 3 days ago and am still in the process of getting my things out of my old home. I had no idea that I was going to be late. Unfortunately, I planned enough time for the normal route to get back to my new home and wasn't prepared for the detour (semi rolled over). Even with that delay I was only 2 minutes late, (I'm not sure about European practice, but in a place of woke in the U.S. a person generally has 5 minutes before they would get a strike for being late.)

I view missing a practice start much like missing a driver's meeting. Some real life racing organizations still allow a start for missing those at a penalty, (usually starting at the back or docking points.) Sadly, this penalty you gave was a DNS. A bit harsh in my opinion. Personally, with only 6 drivers I wouldn't cut any that show up before qualifying. In the end, it says it right there in the OP and I'm not really upset about it, just a little disappointed as I had put in 104 laps of practice for this track, in this car and if I didn't head back for the race I could've done some other things in the city.

At least it wasn't a total wash as I got to race in race 2.

I also get way too mad when I get in a crash that I did not cause.

2nd race crab! Crash on second corner, 1 mistake and i just dont have tyres at end to battle you @rallymorten !
But it was interesting looking forward to the next event and next time i will test more than 1 lap!

@Peelster1, I think discussing it further will do nothing but make at least one of us upset. I suggest we leave it here, in order to not endanger world peace

@Ettick, while I realise that what happened in race 1 was my fault, I suggest you take a look at the replay. While yes, I could've slammed the brakes (which i didn't, thus causing an avoidable collision), that would've left a beached car in the middle of the road. Besides, I figured that you'd see that the gap on your left was closing too fast and that you'd either adjust or route or slow down to avoid further damage, which also wasn't the case. In my eyes, it's as much about me running wide, spinning and then making a major error (which will add some penalty points to my account) as it is about you doing a do-or-die evasive maneuvre. Just thought I'd give my immediate point of view.

In regards to what happened in race 2, yes, Ciro could've braked earlier or changed his path, and that accident will be investigated as well, but it's not always possible to make the right decisions. We both know that from race 1.
