Angel, that's rather surprising. Well, this Photoshop thing helps ya to create/edit images. It is one of the most used photo editing programs in computer world, but you have to buy it. Other example of a (free) photo editing program would be GIMP.

I was joking. I have to use photoshop quite frequently actually. I just was making fun of everyone saying "Whoops, can't." Seriously though @swiftsmith why on heaven's high water would you OK 15 schemes when you know that no one's up to willingly doing that much? That's impractical team management.

But yeah, 15 schemes is one heck of a bold venture, it's good to be varied, but there are limits. Even my (so far) only 2015 scheme is taking quite a bit to be done, so imagine trying to do 15...

Especially when all the artists are also doing stuff for their own teams. There's no balance in that. And that's what I think got proven very quickly. Asking for one per driver at the start would have been smart. Then waiting for those to finish, and then maybe two weeks later asking a different person for a set to balance the workload. 15 at one time just won't happen without someone getting paid.Oh, forgot to distinguish joke from seriousness again, I'm having an off day.

Well the fact I've just signed 3 new drivers. Also 15 is the max it could be. As of right now I only have 10. Also I'll run my team how I want.
