It's probably not my place to get involved, but my advice to you guys is simple: take a break.

Seriously. Tensions seem to be reaching a boiling point and the last thing we need is someone getting banned over something silly.

Take a few weeks off to let out some frustrations and come back better than ever.

You and me both, Angel, you and me both. And quite frankly, it's pissing me off right now. I don't normally want to lose my composure here, but this whole nonsense is grinding my gears to the max. Quite frankly, I would love if both of the people who are getting involved in this nonsense would take some chill pills and just shut the 🤬 up. I'm dead serious, this is getting me angry. What is the point of all this crap? Can I ask that question? Is there anything to gain from an "argument" like this? Isn't this supposed to be a place where people can enjoy themselves, racing against others!?

Bayne, Angel and I are doing VRR testing, and Bayne went to go fix his pedals about 15 minutes ago. Room would most likely be up later.

Nas, I am going to be duly honest with you, and then I'll leave it at this; it's fair to be defending good racing standards. But it is not, I repeat, it is not fair to create a flame war over separate cases of lesser good driving, which only results in the other driver getting upset and countering with more negative bollocks. You aren't helping yourself, hsv, or the thread, if you keep getting back to it. We all have our bad driving moments, especially if we are tired. I've seen far worst from other online players, and that's about that. You want to set the record straight? You'll only hurt yourself more over this, and I advise you to give it up and say uncle. And hsv, the same goes for you, make no mistake about it.

So, can we end this crap once and for all? If it was smurfy (no offense to you, bud) doing this, you'd joke about it and shrug it off. Is it too hard to do it for this instance?
 
Yeeeeeeeeeah, I'm just going to stick with hooning the 570S around in Driveclub for now until this blows over for the 3rd or 4th time. Maybe do VRR stuff later in the week.
 
I'm gonna go ahead and speak a couple of things and everyone can nitpick through it what they will, and some of this I've said before. The animosity here is poisonous. Hsv, you do cause a lot of collisions, regardless of what time it is. If you are that tired, save from giving us proof and just go to sleep. Nas, pointing out people's problems when you have your own doesn't help you or us. This place is not a haven for clean racing, and I'm willing to say it never really will. Me and Parrilla had incredible battles all weekend. Had it been hsv, I would have ended up beached or in a wall (see Rome), and had it been Nas, it would have been a corner and done. (see most races after I muted everyone) The term Fun Runs no longer means what it implies. Fun Runs now has the stigma of this place with people incite with fighting, where these half brained ideas spawn and become atrocious monsters, where the incompetitent become minutely important for one 20 minute race all weekend before fading into the fighting and screaming before rage quitting. You want to know the problem? Most of you just have to look in the mirror. Am I a patron saint, not by miles. But while you all go for each other's throats, I make a list of things that went wrong and by who. And the irony? Those that point fingers the most are the ones that are the worst. Valid points were made. There is now a reputation that either draws people or keeps people far away. But seriously, children. Don't catfight unless you are completely clean. And the two centerfold are the two that should be speaking last. *mic drop*

Ok, I'll end it here, because soon I'll not make myself any good favors over this. Also, thank you for speaking your mind as well, Angel, we don't want to play the police, but if that can make things a bit better for us all, then it has to be done for our sake.
 
@hsv SOMETIMES when either me or someone tried to pass you, you put a unnecessary block. Like, at Rome per example where you just shoved Angel to the wall while side by side with her. It's not needed to do that, just accept you're going to lose your spot (which for me it seems like you don't accept when you pull those moves).

@nascarfan1400 flame war is not what we need and exactly what you're building. Sorry man, but I'm tired of seeing you taking cheap shot at Felix. Just stop.

Angel, Dur, Niku, Mich, GT, thankyou for your opinions. I think the issue with Fun Runs, is that a lot of us, myself for sure included, have egos that are bigger than reality. Not to say I will stop calling it how I see it, but I know I'm not always right, and If anyone thinks that, you are wrong. I'm probably one of the dumbest of all of us.

That said, I want to just go ahead and formally apologize to hsv. There is a lot of personal crap going on for both of us. I know I can be a tool, annoying, or clueless. Again, ego > common sense a lot of the time. So yes, I'm sorry.

As for the organization. I say we not start any rooms until Friday, and keep conversation low.

I accept your apology, and I reciprocate it. I love you, and I have no idea why we've built up so much tension between us. I know I'm opinionated, I know I'm not the best at etiquette at times, but it's just the racing I've grown up with - and equally, I've grown up with the polar opposite in historic motorsport.

Yes, I like races where everyone's in a big stabby moshpit. But I like all motorsport. But I only intend to joke about these things, I'm not a deliberately dirty driver and never will be.

Everyone here is fantastic. I've given up most formal racing commitments to stay around here. I don't intend to leave any time soon.
 
It's funny. While some people can drive hard, clean, with respect and have fun (@BRRT_Angel @GranTurismo916 @M0NSTER97 @BayneHamlin1121 @AJHG1000 @AudiMan2011 to name so) meanwhile some haven't been able to do the same.

Personal view, I don't think we should stop doing Fun Runs this weekend. If you feel you're only going to 🤬 up, then stay away, it's simple.

And @nascarfan1400 told you already, if you need to vent out, help with anything just hit me up in that PM.

And to everyone, how about we, instead of doing multiple races Friday, we concentrate in getting better for VRR? We open a room (be it Nas, Angel, me, IDC) and just go on testing and everyone helps everyone. How does that sound?

No we shouldn't. This isn't really something that should stop the whole club. Both have already apologized and admitted they were being [insertsomewordherebecauseidkwhatwordtouse].

He has the titles, but good lord does he whinge to get his own way. If he can't manipulate the rules to suit himself in some way, he goes full dirty and pushes off whoever he can.
