[RACE] Weekend Fun Runs - Thnks fr th mmrsFinished

OK Nas, just in case the wasp has erased all of your memory, we will reteach you how to turn on the Sony PlayStation 3.

1) Stand up.
2) Walk to the black curvy looking thing.
3) Put your preferred finger on the power button. (I like to use the middle finger the best.)
4) Apply pressure to the button.
5) You have successfully turned on your console!
Pssst! You forgot to tell him to let go of the button!

If I wanted to waste my time getting punted off track and crashed into, I would've found a dirty racing lobby to enjoy.

Wow I was slow tonight. Only 2 wins. At least every race was a podium... :grumpy:

Also, GT300/Super GT Q&A very much welcome, since everyone seemed terribly confused.

I have to say that some problems were simply connection issues.
I know, but there were a few cases that just pushed me over the edge. I mean, how hard is it to look left or right and see that there is a car next to you??? I mean, seriously?

I'll post this in the open just to have a base for discussion. Impromptu "random" events don't work for very long. What I gathered coming in is that the leaders of this want to get a solid group in each night, and that's what works. Fun runs isn't about dumb fun if not everyone knows what that means. There's a lack of translation. Dumb fun to me means clean racing that isn't over regulated but is also organized and solid. Others think bumper cars which ruins it for some people, which turns people away. I enjoyed the racing last night. Tonight so far has been a pure disaster and I have a written list of those that caused considerable problems. These rooms are up for hours. We definitely can have meaningless races and a points series and that's the root of what they're trying to do. All they need to figure out is what will be the points events and when those take place. We can't over think this. And right now there's a tug of war which kills it in itself.

The only thing I did was bump nas off the track and cussed for him saying that I have "my head up my ass". Other contacts were accidental from me, either from kicking the back end out or accidentally divebombing.

I wasn't referring to that. I'm referring to those that have done absolutely terrible pretty much all day.
