In a Dentley?
This one?

After I've driven it, yes probably.

That looks like an expensive accident!
While it's being repaired they need to respray it in blue with yellow wheels.

Just had a little bit of testing fellas, and I'll have to impose a ban on cars which have more than 270BHP in the showroom. I'd like also to say, the C2 Corvette '63 is blisteringly fast, perhaps it should be given the red card too.

Cheers, Zo.

But a good way to bypass the ban is to use the Power Limiter to meet the Specifications.

What I enjoyed most about racing with Dusty-in-the-wind was/is how he could/can enter a lobby literally five minutes before the start, having no idea what the theme is or the PP or set-ups, and just get in the car and drive the socks off anyone with one eye shut and one arm behind his back.

It was/is a marvel to watch him.
I can really only recall two moments in the last thirteen or so months where I have been able to keep his pace and be competitive with him.
The Motegi race in the Toyota Championship thingy and the Nordschleife race we did with the BRZ/FR-S/86. I think I beat him in qualifying once too. Good memories.

I've never seen Dusty do the seasonals or any of the GTP endurance series (correct me if I'm wrong) but I'm sure he would have shined there as well.

He was going to do the 700pp Autumn Ring event but then he'd seen that you had entered and gave up. :sly:

(He has actually done a few of them in the past. And yes he was usually close to the top on my list)

with one eye shut and one arm behind his back.
You forgot about while also changing a nappy!

Zolon I'll go for the Toyota 2000GT '67

I remember that everytime I was racing with you and when Dusty came in room my excitement was build up for coming race :scared:

Oops, the dangers of armchair car selection... KudosPrime lists the 250 GT with 267HP stock... Seems gtdata includes the oil change in stock HP listings... If the 250 GT doesn't fit the bill, i'll take the Plymouth XNR Ghia Roaster. :)

I think I've gone for looks over ability, my 2000GT doesn't want to go around corners on CS tyres!

Never mind it is the Dusty Challenge Cup so a bit of drifting won't go amiss. And it does look pretty.

I think I'll go for the Cosmosport, the Hakosuka or the Kenmeri. Still can't make a choice though.

Just let me know when you've decided Gamer, and you can have any of them (even though I've never heard of the second and third!)

I think it does qualify Tarn, being 267BHP in the showroom. I'll double check, but as far as I'm concerned you can have it.

But the looks are definitely worth it...............

Cheers, Zo.

you can now discard everything I said about the car list, I just realised that since I switched back my ps3 system language to japanese, bhp were changed to ps so basically:

:banghead::embarrassed:
where are we going if PP police can't get its 🤬 right...

edit: I love how "Mercy, mercy, mercy" the standard written by Joe Zawinul is playing in the back of this scene, I think it's the famous Cannonball Adderley Quintet version

I'll come in on this blue-on-yellow race. C1 Corvette for me. :D 270hp/1100kg, huh? OK. :D

Also, I don't trust your list either. '65 Nissan Silvia fits, for example, there's a 450PP one in my garage at 274hp and 1100kg.

Actually, I'll have that instead. I like the look of it.

Can't believe it. :guilty:
I spent 2 hours sorting out my brand new Yas Marina Blue CSP311 '65 Nissan Silvia yesterday with mimosa wheels yesterday.
It's a lovely car but Venari has beaten me to it.

I'll have a Nissan 240ZG (HS30) '71 please then thanks before someone else bags that.

Shame @Dustybin has left GT6. I've never got close to even seeing him on Track apart from the map except on one of the rallies when by some miracle I won the race?!?!?:odd::eek:

Hopefully make it next week

any F/R car from before 1980 tuned to a maximum of 270BHP, with a minimum weight of 1100kg

I'd like to drive the El Camino if possible (naturally with the power limiter in use).
If the El Camino is prohibited I'll take the Isuzu Bellett instead.

Nice spot Tarn. That's it then chaps, BMW Yas Marina Blue.
I'm right up for dusty old streets, most fitting.
I'd like to suggest those of us who drive premiums don the #31 on our cars, too.

You and Dusty were like Mika vs. Michael.

where are we going if PP police can't get its *beep* right...
Keep on policing, gk. There ain't nobody who does it better.

Looking back I was dead sure Dusty was in this race and that you beat him that one time in the rain,
turns out my memory was playing tricks and he was never there.

But I'm sure had Dusty been there you would have beat him, too. 👍

Actually I'd already don'd it . :)

I've since found a non metallic French blue which seems even nearer. But I haven't a clue what car it came from.

It's going to be strange having a testimonial race with the honoree not present.

(Jocke - Team Blackcurrant Tea Is Great :D)

This one race you remember was in Suzuka, I think. I sure love a 100% wet track...
And even in that race he was ahead until he went off-track entering the S. I think @Zolon32 was in front of me also for the most part of the race. Even though I had the pole and the fastest lap, I fell behind thanks to a 🤬 launch. It is surely one of my best gt memories.:gtpflag:

edit: just watched the replay and my memory is playing tricks on me as well, I was actually 4th on the grid behind 2 Swedes Jocke and qken for P2&P3. Of course the pole was Dusty's. I did get the fastest lap although Zo (alZo?) had better splits in different laps. Other thing worth notifying is that Dusty's z8 for that race was equipped with Front and Rear aero and a roof as well. I think he did not use any parts in those many lonely wins of his.
