Hey hey... this sounds great, and its on my day off work! Count me in

Lilium #55 , color I'll reveal later, once I pick on after arriving home

Altough I think th e field of cars undoubtely lacks japanese entries (^^), the moisture on track and in the air are appealing. I hope I can jump in one of your weekly gatherings. Cheers

There is no doubt Gamer, it does. I have to say, I was surprised at how many tanks from the good old U.S. of A made it onto the list. I'm sure I was considering the LFA Nurb (which I really like) at one point, and I can't recall why it didn't get there in the end. But the dozen I picked just worked well against each other, and all of them drive well.

It'll be good to have you there when you can make it fella. By the way, anyone who pops in part way through the series, and doesn't yet have a handicap, will have a choice of the Aston V12 Vantage, or any car below it on the list.

Cheers, Zo.

Here we have it gents, the 'Lovingly-Crafted-by-a-Complete-Amateur' trophy. It's not come out entirely as I visualised it when I set out to make it, but I hope that whoever wins it looks past the rubbish quality and appreciates the enthusiasm with which it was horribly made :embarrassed:

Cheers, Zo.

It's a piece of modern art.
I particularly like the writing wrapping round the corners.
Unfortunately I'll never get to hold such a trophy.:(:sly:

Well done Zo.

Thanks Suts, I did actually intend to do that :)

I wouldn't bet on you being out of the battle at the top of the table, you definitely go well in the rain, and the handicapping is intended to help squeeze the results up tight. Who knows what might happen?

Cheers, Zo.

Oh to be the Superc Handica Champi of 2017

We'll have to see if I'm back on track by then. Pencil me in to Zo (with a very light pencil though). Number 8 and something orangey.

Here's a video of Zolon in the process of making the SHC trophy.

It looks mega, Zo. Regardless of who the lucky winner is I believe it will be passed down from generation to generation. The trophy will turn into stuff of legends and people hundreds, perhaps even thousands of years from now will speak about the SHC trophy and the brave men who tried to claim it for their own.

Eventually mankind will have to abandon Earth for the survival of the species but the myth of the SHC trophy will live on in distant galaxies. We will write history come January.

The trophy will turn into stuff of legends

And when they're making the film of its story, they'll use your original replays Jocke (that is, if it's possible to have an original replay...).

And, the Homer thing is remarkably accurate :)

Cheers, Zo.

I'm always interested in racing that involves a handicap system. I will likely not race every week, depending on my schedule, I haven't decided. I also will probably not re-paint my cars already owned, if that's alright. I'll take #64 though.

Slightly concerned about the heavy damage, in the sense that it punishes people who happen to be caught up in incidents not their fault. It usually doesn't work as originally intended. It doesn't deter me too much however.

That's no problem LB, I'll pop you down for occasional. The use of heavy damage will be kept under review, but in my experience it does calm things down a little. And, being 30 secs off the lead at the start of the last lap may not mean you don't win, if the leader bottles it.

Handbrake Yellow, #31 spins

Got that Rich, cheers.

Here's looking forward to the tenth, Zo.

Fellas, following the entry from Tom, mentioning the California, I took a spin in it at Silverstone and, quite honestly, it blew my mind; it's as if the car, tyres, and circuit were made for each other. However, since the very first post mentioned using the Stingray for the opening race I don't want to just change it without common consent.

Therefore, chaps, please pop a note on the thread, letting me know which car you would like us all to use for the first race, Stingray, or Californian. We'll go with whichever has most votes by midnight GMT Saturday 7th Jan. I'm abstaining since it was me who cocked things up a bit.

Cheers, Zo.

By the way, I'm sending Virus a PM on PSN, inviting him to join in.

Hi Zo

Like I mentioned last night I'm going to miss your opening race. Very annoyed about this as I wouldn't have missed it if the trains worked around here!!

Have a great time with whichever car you all choose.

I'm hoping to join you from the week after.

I have a question.

I would like to know if everyone will drive a Corvette Stingray for First Round. If yes, then I would like to sign up for the V12 Vantage in Round 2.

Hi Harsk. We will all be driving the same car in the first race, but it looks now like that car will be the Ferrari California, and not the Stingray.

If you participate in the first race, then the cars available to you for the Apricot Hill round will depend on your finishing position at Silverstone. If you do not participate in the first race, then you can use the Aston at Apricot Hill, and the cars you use at round 3 will depend on your finishing position there.

Cheers, Zo.

That's a shame that we have to use the Ferrari California instead of Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray, but I don't mind to use the Ferrari California anyway. 👍

I will participate in full season guys, so I'm looking forward to race with you guys.

Hey Zo, I would like to join the series as a reserve/part time driver as I can't be a hundred percent sure if I'll do all the races but I'll try my best. :)

With Harsk's vote that's two for the Ferrari, one for the Stingray, and four abstentions so far chaps. Ferrari still has it at this time 👍

It will be brilliant to have you with us whenever you can make it Aaroh, it's been a while.

Cheers, Zo.
