The complete RM list, 17 cars in total.
:)

That's the complete list, no standard cars?

Why, oh why, oh why in on the planet would they RM the X2010??? Just another one of those brainless things that make you shake your head at GT5. Lego shadows anyone!? Man.

I too have all the RM cars. The Vette is the baddest by far! Love it. I own 3 so far.

I think that it sucks and I think that I wasted that 400k cr's for stupid RM. I won all golds in all series except extreme, and I can't even won stupid 'like the wind' and 'gt all star' challenges. So who do not wan't to ruin his ZR1 there is NO NEED at all for RM, just wasting of money. I don't know which game playing people who said that it can win 'like the wind' easily. Everybody passing me on straight, I think that veyron could do it better. I am so disappointed:tdown:

edit: Ok, I'm maybe overreacted with first impressions cause i'm pretty nervious. It's for sure faster about 5sec than my fully tuned fastest cars, and non RM ZR1, but I don't know why people telling that it can easily win 'like the wind' cause it can't do it at all.

I don't think they did... I honestly don't know why it is in that list..

^ has anyone tried to RM an X2010?

I have one and I'll check this weekend if I think about it ;)

It was getting a little too easy to drive :D

I used a RM 09 C6 Vette to win like the wind. On Indy Once I had passed the Jag I dropped down out of the slipstream so he couldn't use my speed to ocertake me again. That allowed me to pull a small lead by the finish. It will pull near 220 mph on it's own down the straight and had some extra gearing to draft and pass the Jag.

You're joking, right? You obviously can't Race Mod a racing car.

Try extending your gear ratios... that car CAN easily win that race. I did it, and I'm what's known in racing circles as "fairly talentless".

You have to mess with the gear ratios and downforce, but you will have to do some blocking at the end of the race.

And you can add HP back to the car by tuning with "engine upgrades" but I left mine stock... It was more than capable of winning those races.

This is the thing I don't understand about race modifications... Do you need to buy all the performance upgrades before you modify? Because I have a race modified ZR1 and as soon as I modified it, it had ~500 BHP then when I redid all the mods I had bought for it (I didn't have all the upgrades bought for it) it maxed out at 849 BHP (with an oil change and a broken in engine rebuild) but I've read that people have gotten around 950 BHP with race modified ZR1's... So what's the deal? Do you need to buy all the performance mods before you race mod or did I just get a dud car???

905 HP is max for the ZR1 RM. Race mod the car first because it puts a lot of the tune parts on it then. Then go and add the tune parts that the race mod did not put on. It will not be 905 HP at first but will gain HP as you race it and break it in. Also change the oil in it to get full HP.

RM Rocks imo, atleast the ones i tried (6/7 cars) improved by RM'ing it.
You'll have to pay atention to the fact that the menu in GT seems od, a few RM parts go to the parts list in stead of them being fitted to the car. Me likes to RM non the less, ty PD!
Greetings stano

I'm having trouble with the RM on 2 cars, the Silvia and the WRX, whenever I press the option the apply the RM, the cursors freezes and I have to reboot the game (music still plays, car still rotates etc)
This happened before I had finished with the RMs onthe other cars, so I applied the RM to those no problem, I did the TVR last night with no freezing at all, I went back to the Silvia and WRX and it froze again. Has anyone had this problem?
I.ve asked this question in other threads on different sites and they think that they just can't be done on these cars, but has the pictures show in the first post, they clearly can be

My guess, plain bad luck, i know my Silvia worked well (knock on wood.. LOL don't 'jinx' me, please) I'm not remembering RM-'ing a WRX but i'd remembered if my game had freezed, so i'm not much help there..., sorry. Good luck ('nd bey) m8.

I might just have to trade for them, or try again in a few weeks.
I was thinking about deleting and re-installing the game data, but I didn't feel like sitting through all those updates again, lol

i "raced" (free run) against a fully tuned ZR1 RM with my 640 bhp Camaro SS RM ´10 on Suzuka East. We had the same lap times. I´m not a good racer. So either the other guy is worse then me, or I got lucky. I don´t like the ZR1 RM. My Camaro is much better.

i dont want my car to look the same as everyone else's car .............

Not sure if you meant color, but most, if not all, of those 17 RM models can be painted after the RM is applied. I'm betting all, but I've only RM'd the Cappuccino, '69 and '10 Camaros, and the ZR1 so far and they can be painted after RM. 👍

My favorite is the '69 Camaro. She sounds as awesome as she looks, too.

I have all of those painted on the original colours I bought them... all of them are AWESOME! The Golf and the Cappucino we're the ones who impressed me the most..

My RM car is capable of 3.27 minute times at La Sarthe, no draft. That's right, LMP fast, and faster then alot of them

These RM paintjobs look bland. Only exception is the 'Vette. Maybe PD should look at GT2 and redo some RMs in the next few years.

Agreed, I do like the Camaro scheme to though.

Why the hell can't we race mod cars like the 458 Italia, Ford Mustang, Mercedes SLS AMG (I think that's what it's called, the new one), any BMW's, or even a Dodge Viper??? They should all have good paints and let me paint secondary colors too. Ya know what, **** that, why can't we have a livery maker. Forza had it before GT5 even came out!!! It's little thing like this that lead people to the compition (forza).

+1 👍

Why can't we (insert anything) in GT5?

There's alot that FM offers where GT5 seems to come up short but is that so bad?

I used to have to spend 2 eo 3 days tuning and testing a single car in FM just to make it close to being competitive and I always found that for each class there was typically about 5 cars that dominated.

GT5 I spend about an hour and the car is done. Telemetry tools might as well not exist, can't pain anything interesting...so I find myself spending more time on the track rather than preping for the track.

Simply, it's a different game with some common things like cars racing on a track. GT5 just gets you to the track faster imo.

Being a tuner however, October is not far around the corner and GT5 will be someplace in my memories.

Weird, I saw a mazda rx-7 in the intro movie (watch it on gt tv and pause at 5:45) it's drifting and it's RMed. The mazda isn't on anyone's list in GTP.
