camaro is awesome.
the corvette is a 2009 zr1 racing modified. :D

Also, does the race mods reduce the weight of the car to it's fullest extent like i believe it did in GT2?????

Can we have some before and after figures from anyone doing the race mod in the future please?

Why are they all white?

Please tell me you can change the colour but keep the decals????

You can change the colour and keep the decals. My Challenger is matte orange. :sly:

Yes, for anyone who is unsure, you can repaint RM cars and put new wheels on them after the modifications. 👍

That RM'd Camaro looks so freakin' sweet! It would look good in red.. Anyone have pictures of the 1970 Challenger RM'd?

Can someone confirm the weights of these RM cars? See how much of a saving (if any) over the stock car's weight. The IS-F is almost exactly the same as the one KAZ drove at the Nurburgring for Gazoo racing. The only thing I wish they had was a race upgrade for the LFA to look like the 24hour one that won SP8 class earlier this year. That vette is sick also, the ZR1!

Is that all? Another let down...

I really like that they brought it back, hopefully that is the groundwork for more cars being added as DLC. Such as the LFA and the Z4M. :)

The Integra DC5 looks nice with it, only one Ive seen, but reading through here I'm off to find a 69 Camaro or a Challenger.

Took the DC5 from 1004 fully reduced to 950 KG. Though, looks to drastically limit engine options, so your going to lose a lot of power potential. Looks cooler though. :P

Ok, here are some more detailed results of my Civic RM. I never found any pics before doing it myself so I hope this helps someone. The tiny pics on-screen aren't a very good indication.

Before mod I had 251HP and 930KG. After mod we have 194HP (this went up to within 10HP of the before stat after I reinstalled all the mods the RM removed) and 845KG.

Outside of the car pics below. I took the last one to illustrate that the stripes are actually little vents as it's a mystery until you get up close - I always thought they were stripes. Number on the car after RM is 1, but you can change it, like on the go karts (hence mine is 88). Inside the car there is a rollcage visible when you do rear view and there is a more black theme including new steering wheel and gauges.

When you racing modify a car, it gets hell of a lot lighter.
For example :
The Honda Civic Type R is stock 1050 kilos
When I modified it, it was 840 kilos :D
And the interior changes as well so you get a digital rev and speedometer.
And the dash gets sometimes a carbon trim.
The Camaro and Challenger both get a classy racing interior.
And yes, you can paint the cars after RM.
And all the cars get lighter with it.
Downside is the Corvette 2006 and the ZR1 both get the same rm.
peace
