Mazda RX7 and FTO racecars for me >.< still not found either 
What about the GT-R Concept LM, and 350Z concept LM? I've only seen them once, and pounced on the chance. Also just managed to get Ford GT LM and Dodge Viper LM too.

Specs fully upgraded:
Max power: 582HP/7000rpm
Max torque: 464ft-lb/6000rpm
Drivetrain: FR
Weight: 1100kg
P/W: 1.86
Transmission allows max speed up to 273mph.
After a test drive the handling is pretty good. There are no understeer/oversteer problems and it can brake in turns or at high speeds with no problems.
Better cars out there such as the 787 and R89C but this performs pretty well for about 1m credits.

The other day I ended up buying a Lexus IS200 GT-1 Race Car '04 just because I never recall seeing it in Gran Turismo before at all. I'd never seen it used by the AI either. The decals on it aren't blurry - almost premium standard. Not the best car in the game but it handles fairly well - and nobody online had seen it when I did a couple of brief races earlier.
Don't know whether it's rare or not, just bought at as I hadn't seen it before (or since for that matter)

I just did the same last night with an Altezza Touring Car. Hadn't seen any of the AI use it, and I don't remember seeing anyone with it online. Plus, I used to have a 2001 IS300, so the IS/Altezza has a special place in my heart.. my license plate on it was 'ALTEZZA'.

GT-R Concept LM and 350Z concept LM are prize cars - you win them..
There's a thread detailing all the prize cars available in the game.
It won't do 273mph, not enough power.. RX7 is the same price but is 100+ bhp more and a little bit lighter.

When I saw the Toyota Soarer 430SCV I thought: "What is this ?" so I "opend" it and saw the "Lexus SC430" with Toyota- emblem and Soarer writings.
First time I saw this and bought it (a-spec lvl 28 => very often in the UCD) and I think its a rare car
Also saw a Minolta 88C-V for 4million for the first time

Nissan OPTION Stream Z '04 (200k Cr, 566kw, 1440kg, 2.6k km driven)
Ford GT '02 (1mil Cr, 372kw, 1451kg, 52 km (!) driven)
Think they're quite rare

Yeah, it is rare, but for some people the Ford GT available from the new dealership represents better value for money, it's 850,000 cheaper and the difference in performance is not huge. This is why I didn't buy the '02 from the used dealership.

From my point of view, both the RX-7 LM Race Car & the RX-8 Concept LM Race Car are pretty rare, I got them both yesterday from the UCD and am very happy.
Man, I'm desperate for that RX8
It showed up when I first started the game, but I didn't have the credits back then. Been checking de UCD for about 4 weeks since then, it hasn't showed up since

I saw it 2/3 times but wasn't interested. But RX7, it's different story, saw it only in race
Also no R390 Road car in my UCD.

GT-ONE Road car (I think this one was in GT3 or 4)

I know, that they aren't in the game, but I would like to see them in.
