I'm not really sure what you mean by road going but if you mean the non-race-modded version the Del Sol surely is a nice car. I like me some compact coupes. Max power would be fine if it lost some weight. Handling is great though.

Next one: Nissan Micra/March Super Turbo '89

Yeah. It's I mean.

Anyways: Micra Turbo is 55/100. (Simple car to drive)

Next is: Honda Civic (new lot)

Mine's R33 Skyline: 80/100

The R33 is a fast car when stock, but Mine's has taken this car to a whole new level. Almost everything has been upgraded to make this monster competitive even against pure race cars. 600+ HP and 4WD means acceleration is savage, and weight reduction measures as well as new suspension kits improves the GT-R's already sublime handling. The lack of downforce can be a problem in high speed corners though, and typical of GT-Rs, the nose will understeer if driven too hard. Still, these are little niggles compared to the overall greatness of the car. It would've scored higher if its big brother (Mine's R34) isn't in the game.

Next car: Lancia Y

50/100

would like it if it looked better.

Next car: Castrol Tom's Supra

Which one?

96 or 98 car?

If so, I rated both.

96 JGTC racer: 95/100 (like GT1 JGTC racer, no diffrence between GT1 and GT2 version;dangit-ly, black special colour and fantasily hacked red/blue not included [reason for 5 points off])
98 JGTC racer: 90/100 (no diffrence, only in body and power, different driving style tough compared than 96 racer [reason for 10 points off])

Can anyone rate the Mazda RX-7 Aspec (road-going, used car lot)?

i think it was the 98 model i was reffering to but i like the one from the first Gran Turismo.

85/100 for the Mazda. Cool Looks. Great for rear wheel drive races.

Next Car: Audi TT LM Edition

Just to clear up, the GT1 Castrol Supra is the '96 version, while the Tom's Castrol Supra is the '98 version. There are quite a few aerodynamic differences between the two (not sure about the power/weight figures, I haven't played GT2 in a looooong time), but otherwise they're pretty similar. I liked the Tom's version more though, it looks sleeker and less 'blocky'.

Anyway, back on topic.

Audi TT LM Edition: 90/100

This German rocket should be renamed Audi TT GRIP Edition, because that's all it does. No matter what you do, you'll never lose traction. Hard acceleration, crazy cornering, super late braking. This car can take all abuse without breaking a sweat. Very, very easy to drive and very dominant in races (even big ones like the GT All Stars & GT World Cup). Points off for being an Audi, which I think is one of the most boring manufacturers in the world.

Next Car: Someone else take my turn, I can't think of an interesting car now :banghead:.

Saleen SR Widebody?

Eh, 79/100. It's a fun car to drive and is relatively lightweight for its size and class, but it seems like a slug when compared to something like the Oreca Viper GTS-R or a Race-modded Jaguar XJ220. Heck, All-Japan GT cars like the Cerumo Supra and Raybrig NSX are a little bit better overal than the Saleen, but with the right driver behind the wheel the Saleen can still beat 'em!

Next Car is: Vector M12 LM (A pretty underated car in my book)

I would agree. The LM can tackle any GT2 race, even up against top GT1s. Lots of power, but not overkillish power. Fully tuneable (except for brakes, I think). My only critism is that it's not a real car, and I personally don't like the lack of colors we can get the M12 LM. But I still rate it high:

90/100

Next: '69 Chevy Corvette Stingray 427.

I'm currently racing the Stingray 350 in GT4, but never drove the 427 in GT2. Just wanna hear someone else's opinion.

65/100 I like its aggressive look and the paintjob also, but I don't like its sound, it costs too much and there's not enough power under the hood(my opinion).
Next car: Citroen Saxo F2 Kit Car

80/100: Fast and lightweight. Good choice for FF races

Next Car: Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI

Has good performance, but it looks pretty much the same as the other Evos. That's why I'm giving it 75/100.

Next car: Nissan Skyline Sillhouette Formula.

80/100 as the car has dull body, but had also a great perfomance. What a big miss :(

Please, rate the: Mazda RX-7 GT-C LMRC*

*LM Race Car

If you mean the Mazda RX-7 LM from the Special car lot at Mazda dealership then I have to rate 55/100-the bodykit and the livery are ugly, the performance is bad compared to the other cars from its class and it has unjustifiably high price. There are so many cars that cost much less and are better. The only thing I like 'bout this car is the engine sound.

Next car : Nissan R33 HKS Drag Car (I'm sorry if it's already rated)

60/100. The speed and horsepowers are almost identical to the 180SX drag car but just like the car named above it's not suited to tracks with loads of turns.

Next car is: Honda S2000 GT1.

90/100. The performance and handling are all great. It needs more colours though. Next car is :Aston Martin DB7 Coupe

Aston Martin DB7 Coupe?

It's got it all! All the creature comforts one could desire! Therefore, it's carrying alot of weight. I'm not sure if it's the heaviest car in GT2 or not, but it's certainly one of the heaviest. An [R] body can be bought, but the car still remains heavy afterwards, the extra downforce from the aerodynamic bodyparts not enough to solve this car's recalcitrant behavior....

Fishtails and loses traction at the rear under somewhat mild racing conditions. Understeers heavily as well. dips and wallows through turns. Difficult to tune all this out. It's funny cuz in GT4, the DB7 still understeers, but its rear is much tamer.

Astons are great-looking cars (my opinion) but with GT2's shoddy graphics, the DB7 looks like a giant, painted blob on wheels. :yuck: In contrast, the DB6 (which also appears in GT2) looks alot better...as if Polyphony's detailing team spent more time getting it right. đź‘Ť

One of the only things good to note is the supercharged engine + power upgrades. Sounds good if I remember correct. Problem is, the CAR can't handle all this power, even when it's stock! Also, the gearbox is a short-throw unit, which doesn't correlate to real-life at all (real life DB7s can hit a much higher top speed than the game car).

My rating: 5/100

Summary: Just about as awful as a rear-drive car can be for racing.

Next car: Aston Martin DB6. :D

 at that comment. 15/100 for the DB6. It doesn't impress me that much.

Next car is Aston Martin V8 Vantage(this has probably been rated before)
