Which year
The one in the new car lot.
I agree. Not much you can do with the show car version. Same goes for the Celica XYR show car.
Yep. In fact, this Celica leaves more questions than the MR-S because unlike Toyota there are some new Celicas in the game and they can be tuned, so what was the point in including that show car, which even looks almost exactly the same?

Yeah, it boggles me, too. But that's part of what GT2 is all about: excess, oddball cars, mistakes, and such.

100/100
Great looks , handling , quick and nippy , light , awsome paint when race modded
but that rating is slightly biased :D

next car : Honda Civic type r

I personally think it's really really pretty. And the noise :D As for the handling, not much give between this one and the GT-One, except maybe the tinyest bit more grip, so 89/100.
Next...Mercedes E55 AMG (the most powerful saloon in the Merc showroom)

Mercedes E55 AMG: 79/100

Another Mercedes, with a bit more kick. Not necessarily a bad thing, but a bit ponderous at speed, I find.

I personally like the C43 more.

Next Car: Mercedes C43 AMG

Mmmm the C43 was my first Mercedes...excuse me....AMG in GT2. :D

I watched it (as we all have) drive as an Ai car often in a few replays. Often, as I watched, this would be the "comic relief" moments of the replay, as the Ai is miserable and hopeless at driving a C43 :lol::lol:lol:lol:

So my question was: hey, HOW WOULD I DO? Is it possible to drive & race a C43 in Gran Turismo? :ill: Let me put my credits where my mouth is.

And so at the time, I totally expected I'd be about to sit behind the wheel of something about as raceable as a FedEx truck, and I was surprised to be wrong. The C43 is actually quite a capable car.

I did the Apricot Hill Endurance up against the GT40. Sports tires (NOT slicks) and semi-racing suspension; automatic transmission (I don't think it can be equipped with a manual in R/L but I may be wrong). I won. Not an easy race, but I won. I also set my fastest passenger-car time at Seattle Full Circuit, which held for quite awhile!

Lots of power, lotso torque. In addition to a typically great autobahn-worthy German suspension and phat tires, the real-life versions (AMG and the sister C-series Mercedes) have about a dozen computerized technologies under the skin (ABS, Brake-Assist, Electronic Brake Distribution, traction & stability controls, "anti-squat" and "anti-dive" suspension controls, etc) that keep the C43 mastering the road, and I believe that in the game, PD at least considered this because the C43 is alot more capable than the Ai makes it appear.

Bad things? Expensive....a lack of colors to buy -- black and silver if I remember correct-- heavy (3,043 pounds at the lightest), and no race kit can be bought, even tho C-class Mercs actually do race. It is also not suitable for beginners or even some intermediates, who will drive it just as bad as the Ai after being tempted to pimp one up and race it. Also, it has lots of power stock, which keeps it from entering a lot of GT2 races. :(

But overall, I was surprised by this one. And rate it highish 78 out of 100

Next Car: Fiat 600

...don't be shy

Subaru 360: 71/100

This is mainly because it is fun to drive at 142hp (full upgrades). But, it only pushes 861lbs. (modified) Other than that, a novelty at best... or an unusual alternative to hot hatches and kei cars.

Next Car: Fiat 500R (1975), perhaps the 360's best match.

Vector W8 Wiegert: 82/100

This has to be one of the most interesting cars of recent times, mainly due to the controversy surrounding it. It was then-company president Jerry Wiegert's dream super-car, a low, sleek, angular thing running an American V8. Unfortunately, development was severely protracted and Wiegert underwent various lawsuits, one of which included abusing funding. He was forced into retirement over the issue, and after seven years, his ambition only put out two prototypes (?; it could be just one).

In the game, it has incredible horsepower, being underrated by the dealer (said to produce 420hp, it actually puts out 634hp stock). A bit of a tricky drive, but a good outright-speed racer (Test Course) in part of its power and aerodynamic shape. It makes the better-known M12 look boring.

Next Car: [R] Vector M12 LM Edition

Cultus Pikes Peak: 83/100

A formidable rally car in the right hands, but suffers from being in the shadow of the Escudo. Not a good driver on more technical road courses or the less-technical ones for the well-heeled driving style.

Still looks good, though. Truly outrageous.

Next Car: Suzuki Cappuccino (1995)

Both exist in the game.

Nissan Skyline R-30: 73/100
Nissan Skyline R-31: 76/100

Very good cars. They have pedestrian looks, but that suits them just fine. One of them has a really sharp Calsonic racing scheme that is truly classic. They make adequate drivers, but can be drifted to good effect with their rear-wheel drive.

And, of course, the Silhouette Formula Group 5 racer is amazing.

Next Car: Subaru SVX (Alcyone) LSi 1995 (if that designation exists in GT2)

Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R 4 Door: 80/100

It's just another Skyline to me: Fast, handles well-enough that you can have fun driving it, looks good but the 4 Door model loses points because there's no racing mod.

Next Car:

Subaru Impreza 22B

Yes, i have this car in GT2 And yes, it KICKS ROYAL A$$! (Just my opinion.)

Subaru Impreza 22B: 90/100

Apart from being the rarest car in GT2 it's also the highest powered Impreza in the game when fully-tuned. Not to mention it's awesome paint and body kit. Literally a rally car for the road. Plus it has a nice RM. A must have for any GT2 player. However...it suffers from the usual 4WD understeer, so in the twisty bit it'll lose to lesser powered but lighter cars. Still, it's one of the best 4WD cars in the game.

Next Car: Toyota MR2 Spyder

Toyota MR2 Spyder : N/A

I've never driven one...Sorry. From the Specs though, i think that's a good thing!

Whoever can give an opinion on this car can list the next car.

If you really didn't have anything to say was there any point in posting?

Anyway, if you mean the older MR Spyder then I think it's pwn, love driving it, and to top it off. It's sexy.

The newer 2000 model I don't like as much. Looks like a hairdresser's car.

Lightweight, fast as hell, race-kitted...

but also kinda ugly. Only comes in 1 color (I think)

I rate it high, tho 88 out of 100

Next: Lotus Esprit V8
