Nice a place for GT5 drifters to chill, got the game 5 or 6 days back and after taking a bit to adapt to the drift physics I'm having a blast. I'm running a '06 Viper for a drifter and having some mad fun with it :) Hope to get some screenies and maybe a vid or two up before long.
I see alot of people using the the TVR Cebera Speed 12 any opinions on this car?
 
i have been drifting for some time now had 1 tryout so far but if theres any more just pm and ill be glad to try out

Nice drifting with you last night, hope to see you in the lobby again. Just a tiny bit of advice, dont try to join a team just for the sake of being on a team, be patient and hopefully youll find one that you mesh well in. See you on the track. 👍

The way I get my drift pics on my pc is to go to your photo album in GT5, press triangle on the pictures you want and select the option to export those pics to the XMB of the PS3. Then you go the PS3 main screen, plug a USB key, then you'll press triangle on your photo album that's in the photo section of the XMB and select copy, it'll automatically take you to your storage device and ask you if you want to copy the pcs in it. The only thing you gotta do is take them to the computer :D
 
Name is Steve, many call me scuba. I drift an M5 (Deep Purple Metallic/White wheels). New to this drifting thing but think i do ok. Need a teacher on how to tandem better though. Also looking to be on a team. any questions, ask. Pictures below are of my car.

Names Patrick, most of my friends call me phoenix...but online everyone seems to call me stig for some reason ;) I use a g27 and have an obsession with clipping points :dopey:

I haven't settled on a consistent drifter, but I've got a solstice concept that is just plain fun to throw around. Other than that I've pretty much tried drifting every premium FR bone stock:)

I'll be around looking for a chill team that just loves to drift so keep an eye out for me ;)

Hell yah man :D Don't think I'll be drifting my miata though ;) Don't tell your bro, but most of those FMSC rooms I've held end up being drift rooms around midnight.

The solstice or camaro right now, but I'm gonna keep experimenting for a while. The solstice is fun but I can't get as extreme angles as I'd like due to the short wheelbase. I had a z4 and an rx8 before my ps3 died...maybe I'll try them again :)

Guys i was drifting with lastnight kept calling it pink but its suppose to be deep purple metallic!! lol i had a blast last night though. i got pics of it but they are on my facebook. 👍

Haha I feel bad for colorblind people ;) Oh well guess I'll have to get a facebook :P
 
Finally, I have managed to purchase GT5 after being at uni without a PS3. Day 1 and I have already bought an S15 aero in lightning yellow with black wheels and a new rear wing. The drift modifications will be coming in thick and fast as I get more money :D

Yeah, I've been at university down the country and didn't have my PS3, unfortunately. I'm only home for 5 days :( so I got to make the most before Summer when I am back from June till October :D

You been tuning much?
