Not to double-post, but now it is saying there is "An incompatibility with the room host." The error code is 697 if that helps at all.

It's weird, no other rooms give me this issue.

I tried to connect to another one just to make sure it worked, and I had no issues connecting. I restarted my internet, so hopefully that works.

At one point I got disconnected but the whole room had terrible lag, to the point we couldnt even exit the track ()or enter for that matter).

Good turnout though, can't wait for next weekend.

The GT6 servers must have been acting up, every server ping was at the lowest bar, even the ones inside the U.S. (like yours). I dunno, hopefully it will resolve itself soon.

I would very much love to be part of this. Would either of the 4th gen lt1/ls1 camaros be eligible? I have a sudden craving to build one lol. I don't know how many meets ill be able to make but I can sure try my best.

I would think a 4th gen Camaro would be allowed. You might have to change the engine to something older (327, 383, 350, 429, etc), wait until Slashfan comes online to confirm this though.

Yes new muscle is allowed. Some of the races between new and old can get quite heated :D

In fact, I do encourage new cars be used as well, though if they already have factory horsepower of 450 or more, I don't want it bumped up, because then the old ones have no chance.

Cool! Already have an ls1 camaro set up with a t56. Still deciding 3.90 vs 3.73---launch vs acceleration. If I make pontiac night I'll probably show up in a tempest

That seems to be a popular choice. I may open a room later tonight if there is enough interest.

I assume you are going to be running that particular car in a S/S class then? :D Good now I won't be alone in running my Mustang lol

i like it and all but 450hp? seems kinda low
Almost nobody runs 500hp in a street car. The point is to use mild engines. No one is forcing you into this. Your forgetting most street cars only have anywhere from 250-350whp.

That said I am considering adding a track only 500hp class.

120 flat IIRC. 428hp, Ford toploader close ratio, 4.56 rear, RS tires rear, SH front, stock everything else.
