I was reading about this earlier today. Damn thing has a 9 speed auto!
 
The only problem with the charger is the transmission, tops out so fast!
Most American muscle cars from this era were all about beating the competition between red lights. Great over the 1/4 mile but you wouldn't want to be cruising in them for long with such short gearing.
First mod I make on these is to buy the FC transmission and adjust it so that the individual gear ratios stay original and I change the diff (final) drive ratio to something much taller (lower number) usually the tallest option that was available as a factory option. If that's still to short I look at what numbers are available as an aftermarket fitment. Hope this helps.

I wanted to do that but, i hate that transmission whine! Its annoying sometimes.
 
I asked the same once, but it isnt possible at this moment, because we didnt knwo what kind of suspension is used

At the time you asked (1 day before official announcement), we didn't know anything about the suspension. Now we know that it will have magnetic dampers, but springrates are unknown

Something is up with the settings for the transmission. I've adjusted the final gear, then maxing out the max speed, I can get it low enough for the first 4 gears, but then it's too low for 5th and 6th.

I think it was from the official spec sheet.
