ich22 where you can find these suspension, brakes and LSD settings?

ich22 where you can find these suspension, brakes and LSD settings?

Suspension: Hennessey webpage has several options for the suspension on the SRT Challenger (other options are MOPAR Stage 1 coils or EIBACH springs for use with stock dampers, however I like KW suspensions size they are build for great street and track performance and are exactly what we want in GT). Have a big chart of spring rates and suspension types of KW Suspension, ot the allignment specs by searching via google (found it in some forum). setting the dampers is a more personal decision, the KW HEMI suspension is basicaly a KW V3 and originaly has 16 stages for compression and extension each.

Brakes: all brakes on streetcars are a bit front biased since that gives you more stability espeacily in rain or snow. You can also see that on the difference in size of the brakes in the front and rear.
All modern GT-racecars have a switch to set braking bias while driving and especially the Porsche 911 uses a more brakingpower in the rear in dry weather condition, when it starts to rain they can easily change that.

LSD: this also is a more personal choice, since we can't realy copy them into the game. There is a big load of different working LSDs out there (torque sensing, RPM sensing, full locked all the time, or electrical... all with different working styles). To simplify that I choose a setting that I think works on the track.

Hope that anwsers you question. 👍

Hey ich,
Great job on the Challenger collection .
You may have come very close to new Hellcat that's coming out soon. I read the other day that an SRT insider has let slip that the Hellcat may well have more BHP than the Viper :). That means in excess of 640bhp :D.
Keep up the good work

Do you think one of you master builders could create an '05/'06 Pontiac GTO off the 2004 in the game?

http://www.supercars.net/cars/3031.html

Aside from the engine upgrade from the LS1 (350hp) to the 400hp LS2, the only other mechanical changes were:

"...the addition of larger front rotors and caliper hardware from the Corvette, and the drivetrain was strengthened with the addition of a driveshaft with larger "giubos" and a larger differential flange, as well as revised half-shafts."

weight: add 155 kg to position +50 (1530 kg @ 57/43)

Ride height is wrong, should be 139mm. Stock GTs were 145mm, Bullits were lowered 6mm.

Weight is wrong. They weigh 3575, or 1621kg. Weight distribution is correct.

Spring rate is wrong. Stock spring rate is 136/142 lb/in, or 2.43/2.52. use lowest setting allowable and maintain the rear spring rate bias if you cant get that low. im not in game atm to verify.

Camber is broken so its irrelavent. Caster isn't taken into account sadly, so that leaves toe. OEM specs are within a range, s -.10 front and +.10 rear is OK.

Thanks in advance.

note: you may have to do a little tuning here as im only giving you the facts. add the hp yourself since it really doesnt matter much. adjust weight weight and balance as needed.

weight, 1698kg 55/45 weight distribution.

best guess on ride height is ~150mm. HSVs are 107, and GM didnt make the car that low.
spring rate 2.67 F and 7.14 R
valving...who knows. prolly front 4/3 and rear 3/3 will be ok
sway bars will be ok at 3/2 or 2/1. stock stuff is 28mm front and 16mm rear. wont matter much either way.
camber to zero since its broken anyways. actual factory is -.2 front and -.5 rear.
toe is a range for oem specs so feel free to use anything between 0.17* +/- 0.17* front and anything between 0.40* +/- 0.34* for the rear.

adjust lsd to around 13/13/5, since all rwd cars in this game are modeled on ice skating rinks apparently. that setting more closely resembles how a REAL life car will behave.

gears, 1. 2.97, 2.07, 1.43, 1.00, .84, .57, final drive 3.46

lemme now if i missed anything and ill update it.
