Rear bouncing so much... help?

I have found cars that bounce or just have too much power making a high damper compression is way better than higher extension. I have had cars that are just too insane to use be almost tame.

Do it with the Speed 12 and then I'm listening.
In all seriousness, it depends on the car, track, and multiple other factors though.
