What's the slowest dog that can get the Gold? I tried with a slightly tuned '66 1200 Beetle and got to Bronze with no Aides (ABS 0). Loads and loads of oversteer...

I'm still struggling on with my Spitfire at 1:40.9xx but I'm not sure if I can get 2 more seconds.

I've tried an Isuzu 117 - which is actually pretty fast with 270 BHP - but I can't get it go round corners without it trying to kill me :dopey:. Couldn't break 1:40 with that so far.

Basically recycled my setup from the BRZ/GT-86 Seasonal. All I did was slap some CS tires on the BRZ and remove the Isometric Exhaust Manifold to get the PP down to 449. Gold lap time of 1:38.382 without much effort.

This is my attempt at making the Suzuki stable, I made it as stable as I could but I'm not a great tuner. I'm sure this tune can be improved. I got a 1:31.4 with this tune.
No weight reduction 200 kg ballast at -4.
Suspension
Ride height 75 front 55 rear
Spring rate 6.57 front 7.87 rear
Front and rear dampers extension, and compression both at 6
Anti roll bars both at 3
No camber front or rear
Toe -.10 front .05 rear
Brake balance 5 front 5 rear
L.S.D. initial torque 5, acceleration sensitively 20, braking sensitively 5
Note: I used ABS 10, active steering strong and TCS 2 but I'm sure a better driver than myself can run faster ABS 1 and no TCS.

My Suzuki does only reach 200 kmph at the main straitgh. How can I improve top speed? Gearbox maybe, or should I improve the car´s engine?

Buy the custom transmission. And set the gears to one of the tunes in this thread.
Or your welcome to try my gear settings
.Move the top speed to read 149 mph. 240kmh?
Set 1st to 4184
2nd 2942
3rd 2203
4th 1726
5th 1408
6th 1160
Final drive 5500
Should work fine for you. Enjoy!

Thanks, very nice setup, you are very good setting up the cars! Got into 107 place with it.

Here is my tune for what it is worth
Suzuki gsx/r/4 tune
105, 105
5.00, 6.00
3, 3
3, 3
3, 3
0.00, 0.00
-0.15,+0.10
5,5 brakes

lsd
10,15,20
final drive set to 5000
then speed set to 162 mph
gears
1, 4109
2, 2854
3, 2122
4, 1631
5, 1345
6, 1146
fd set to 5050

All weight reductions then add 200 kg ballast @-9 suits me you may find another position
This will give a split of 51,49
you should have 170 bhp @ 782kg
No power enhancements

Good luck everyone let me know what you think

Ps will give a little lift off oversteer:cheers: :gtpflag:

Thanx crank tried this but i changed a couple things but it got me under the 1:30 finally :D and
Great job Lisa 👍 and always happy to help :)

Hmm.... I've been studying the data logger and it seems Rajman has better straight line speed than me

ı tried roman tune 1.30.630 thx wonderful. ı will try crank tune too Second lap ı can see 143 mph most but top of The leaderboard reach 149 maybe transmission can be better

Yeah, i've been looking at his rev limiter and his red zone is a bit shorter than mine so he must have a power part installed but i don't know which one lol.

i know i had i different tune i was using i had race exh or semi cant remember and mani and took stg3 weight off gave me more power but i just could not get susp and diff right but i was in high 30's with that but had to work my butt off

Can you take stage 3 weight reduction off or do i need a new car?

Can you take stage 3 weight reduction off or do i need a new car?

you can take it off or on think the only thing that upsets settings for power is if you have changed the oil, sometimes i have to cars of the same but one without oil change....with that said about reduction of weight car will be heavier so dont know how susp settings will go or if need to change any other settings etc etc

ı think roman tune better for my Style . change roman tune, ballast 200 kg catalyst and computer added 94.8 power limiter 1.30.129 faster 0,5 Second .thx roman Great tune

Just got 1:30.401 with a DS3, once the Suzuki is stable it is really fast and fun to drive. Somehow I'm 3rd in the U.S in this one. Mostly because the top guys are busy with GT Academy, but I'll gladly take it.

The same for me with the spanish drivers. I´m now the 6th, and that´s only because they´re busy with the academy... But I´m happy, it is my best mark ever on a seasonal

Threw a flat floor, wing, oil change, and all the non performance point changing parts on an S2000 and got gold within a few laps after fiddling with the suspension and diff a little. Just changed the top speed setting in the transmission, none of the actual ratios.

The S2000 handles like a dream with a flat floor.

I used the Hond NSX Type R '02 using a slightly modified version of Motor City Tunes tune for this car. I removed the weight reduction and set power to 90.6% to get to 500PP and it golded easily. I will try Exeter's tune as well because I find his, Motor City's and CargoRatt's all work well for me.
