Got my S14 last night. Hopefully, it will start appearing in the auction house soon, as I didn't see any yesterday. For Upgrade Hero cars, I like to own two: one stock and the other with the upgrade preset left on.

Gameplay Changes
· Horizon Edition cars that boost either Skills or XP no longer provide a benefit in Online Adventure

· Fixed an issue where the Perk “The XP Bump” worked in Online Adventure. Now it provides no benefit outside of single player racing

· Added a 30-second cooldown to the Drift Tap Skill

· Reduced the amount of XP awarded for banking Skill Chains

They released the update today. Why weren't we told earlier? For someone like myself who was intending on getting them all it would have be nice to have a bit of notice. I'm assuming we'll have access to them again at some point, but still.

Perhaps he meant an earlier communication relay of the change before the update drops, or something along those lines. It is pretty sudden to hear that the current HE cars will simply vanish from Wheelspins, after all...

Jesus, I find it funny how much people love to whine about drifters. I'm a drifter but I'm not the type to complain about something missing. But I think most drifters are upset because they don't have a game or game mode that is like a drift competition of sorts. Although drifting is very rapidly becoming one of the most popular forms of motorsports worldwide I don't think they will ever get it right for drifters. The problem is the majority of people can't drift or if they can it's not to the level that would be required to be competitive in a drift game/mode. Which would mean they would need to dumb it down for the majority of racers. Which would then mean it would be too easy for the enthusiasts and even further away from simulation.

Long post but I'm sure you understand what I'm getting at.

I know @Luminis already addressed it, but I wanted to as well: it's not so much about actual drifters, just the Forza drifting community. I struggle to think of a more closed-minded portion of the fanbase.

As an example, for just about every article we've had on Forza's (quite diverse) DLC packs, through FM6 and now FH3 (including the latest Forzathon article), there is one guy in particular that comments on the Facebook posts with a picture of an FC RX-7, demanding it be included. Usually with some other drift-friendly requests (Aristo, Chaser, IS300, blah blah blah). Absolutely no response to the actual contents, just "I WANT THIS".

With the Hoonigan pack coming, I'd like to think most of them would finally stop their incessant whining. But I know it'll never end. There will always be some "essential" car for them to whine about, even if the game — especially FM6 — offers something for just about everyone.

Personally, I just love cars, and I try to drive as many as I can in the games. I've driven every single car in FM6 other than the NASCAR vehicles, and I've found some hidden gems. I'll never understand the people that seemingly willingly hem themselves into just a small part of the automotive landscape.

I do have 7 million credits though, so I guess I'll have to go buy them. Or keep playing offline and do a little more grinding and gratuitous purchased wheel spins.

Wow, I'm glad I held on to my HE cars instead of auctioning them off, which I was a bit tempted to do to see how much I could get for a couple of them. I can get more money for them now if I ever decide to it at least. On the other hand, I was wondering when those "hidden" HE cars were going to show up.

Not bothered about the nerf to Drift Taps and XP in skill chains. I can count the number of wall grinding sessions I did on one hand. It was definitely a very fast way to earn a lot but it became tedious quickly. I find Goliath more fun to do, even if it takes longer.

I have like 50 wheelspins banked already from leveling up, not buying them. I could have rolled them all but I didn't feel like it. Not that motivated to get any of the HE cars right now, though those bonuses tempt me.

I haven't had any Horizon car yet in all of my wheelspins. 96% cash and 4% of "can't be bothered" cars (Audi TT , Opel Astra). Don't even manage to get a buyer in the auction house for them
