Forza Motorsport (since 3 I believe) has working clocks because its time of day is static. Because there's no day/night cycle in the game, it simply shows your system's clock.
Horizon however is different. Because it has a dynamic time of day, you'd expect it to show the in-game time. It doesn't however because, as far as I can see, the time isn't treated consistently in the game. Some of the weather/time transitions in FH3 in particular can jump around by a few minutes to an hour in order to keep the sky going correctly. I have no idea why it works that way but it does.

A clear-out would be a good idea.I guess the question is why you left in the first place.
I could clear out the ranks a bit; there's bound to be some dead wood in there, a good chunk of which probably aren't even GTP members!
You can probably get rid of 50 which would leave plenty of room for anyone who visits the forum that isn't in there yet.
There are a bunch in the club that are under Level 20 who probably don't play the game much anymore, so that'd be a good place to start.

2 issues I'm currently having with FH3 ATM are, that I can't start head to heads with any drivatar (including Bounties) and half the time I get a skill song I'm not getting the 2x skill chain bonus (happened to 4 out of the last 5 skill songs). Anyone know what might be causing these issues and if there's a way to fix them?

Forzathon was pretty easy today; 1 online race in a Subaru unlocks all 3 Achievements.
Has anyone managed to put in some high leaderboard times (Top 50) with the #75 or #199 Subaru WRX? If the car doesn't have leaderboard potential I'll probably sell it like I did the last one.

Sounds like an unusual error. If it was just the Drivatars I'd suspect it's a problem with connecting to the servers, but the Skill Songs aren't tied to any online component.

That must be it. Completely forgot about the showcase because I unlocked it from fans earned during one of the racers & chasers lobbies, and most of what I've been playing FH3 since then has been in online sessions. I'll try doing the showcase next time I'm on FH3 and see if that fixes it

Glad you're still enjoying the game
I like it but I tend to find I need to take breaks from the game for a while and come back to it.
Things like work haven't helped I admit, but I found it to get a bit repetitive for a while.
but If I leave it alone for a while then come back I find myself loving it again, guess we are all different in a way

This one guy and I used to hit each other's times on the leaderboards and then...I told him I was ignoring his Town Tear Up time because he cut the chicane at the start then successfully defended my position on the issue.
Ever since then, he's been going beserk and trying to beat my times on high speed routes with power-only builds.
I beat three of his times yesterday in a GMC Cyclone.
Oh, that reminds me. @TokoTurismo I'm gonna find a time of yours on a circuit I'm not good at. Any suggestions?
