Even if it's a great game, FH3 feels boring very quickly for me. Maybe the lack of twisted roads has a great part. Every lane is wide enough for two cars. I hope the formula will change with the next game because sometimes I think they use patchwork of fields and they draw roads on it.

I told him I was ignoring his Town Tear Up time because he cut the chicane at the start then successfully defended my position on the issue.
Well, if it's allowed by the game then it's legal as far as leaderboards are concerned.

The game only cares about the checkpoint flags, whatever happens in between them is up to you :)

While the game doesn't care, I do. I feel like it invalidates the efforts of the legitimately fast drivers in the game.

But isn't the point of an open world game to get from checkpoint to checkpoint as quickly as possible? I forget the name of the course, but it's a point to point race that takes place in Byron Bay. Near the beginning there is a place where you go through a checkpoint. About 50 feet further is a 90 degree right, a short straight of about 20 feet, and a 90 degree left. Finally there is another checkpoint. But because the checkpoints are set up well before the turns and well after, I always take a straight shot, ignoring the road. I don't feel like I'm cheating. Cutting across lawns is part of the game.

What's your highest rank on that run?

(Town Tear Up, by the way)

Okay. When you do look, look at the people around you and consider how many possibly got that same time range by following the chicane normally.
Considering won't give us any concrete answers, but racing a few in rivals will. I will say that every time I've raced this course in rivals, the other cars have cut those corners in the same way.

Try running against my time.

So is the rivals section pretty active in the GTP club? As much as I enjoyed being a part of my current club, most people I actively played with before no longer play FH3 (I'm only just returning), and even though there are plenty of really good rivals times within the club, they were set months ago and it's rare that I get any rivals notifications from within the club to have some fun with.

If it's any better in the GTP club I'll come and join you guys if there's space.

Are the servers down at the moment? Was looking to do some Online Adventure.

On my end, everything that is physical multiplayer, along side the vinyl section, is online. Message centre, and the Auction House are offline.

Anyone else have or had that bug where you can't set a score or time on PR Stunts? Like the timer in the bottom of the screen in Speed Zone's doesnt show up at all.
Big problem for some of the Forzathon events, like "Get 3 stars in a classic muscle in any speed zone".

I somehow want this to be in the March car pack

I think there's a good chance that it will be considering it was mentioned at the beginning of Horizon 3's release in September along with the Alpine GTA Le Mans and Jensen Interceptor. It's going to be the last month of the Season Pass so good chance I think.

Well damn, lately been having an issue with my car hopping around while creating liveries, and yesterday the car decided to just fly out of the building, sadly the camera didn't follow it... It must of wanted to visit the Gran Turismo Moon Rover.

Just out of curiosity, I suppose anyone who misses this will be screwed and never be able to get the barn find? Leaving for vacation throughout April.... :irked:
You might still be able to get it through the Auction House

We got some clues for the next Car pack :)

Clue 1: https://youtu.be/XsC8zEgZEfo

Clue 2: You could get it with a diesel, but that would be way too practical.

Clue 2: John F. Kennedy said “Celebrate the past to awaken the future.” How you celebrate it is up to you.

Clue 3: No one really knows what happened to them, and that was not only a problem but a darn shame.

Clue 5: You might say finally, but you should just be thankful.

Clue 6: You know they had to be cool since they were being sold for a loss.

Clue 7: Crank it up dude!

Well, I did a cross country championship and I still hate it. It's just so difficult to me to beat any of the AI in these kind of events, even with offroad tires equipped. It took me several tries to win 1st place on the race around the construction site.

Does winning make a difference aside from slightly more credits and XP? Anyway, have you tried applying the skill that lets you start the next four campaign races from the front of the pack? It's a good way to decide the pace as long as you're able to cut off the AI.

I'm doing it to try to finish all of the championships in the game. Also no, I haven't really thought of that as I'm saving the points for other things like discounts.

I've completed (golded) championships that I didn't win. Is there a completion incentive to winning them?
