So the other day I was playing Forza Motorsport 6 and I decided to drive the BMW 323ti Sport, and I'm not going to lie, I felt slightly depressed. It's such a great car to drive in the Motorsport game. Why can't we drive it in Forza Horizon 3? I don't care that it's a traffic car. The Galant and the Abarth 500 are also traffic cars, yet they bothered to make playable versions too. Would it really be that hard to just port the Forza 6 model into Horizon 3?

I doubt we'll see it again until Bethesda want to sell more copies of Fallout.
Oh, I'm aware it all comes down to marketing and lawyers and other unsavory types, but if we can get the Warthog, why not the Chryslus?

Don't forget the Transit, although the traffic one is the diesel.

I'm pretty sure that the SuperSport Van is also a diesel, albeit using the engine from the larger Transit Jumbo.

You can put a bodykit on the SSV that makes it look like the traffic vehicles but it is still more powerful.

Just give it really really long gearing then, lol.

It's a hateful thing to drive, but a van is a van and that's what I appreciate about Forza's variety.

Yeah it's a bit of a brick, but on some circuits in C-Class (mainly around Surfers Paradise) is has the potential to be a leaderboard brick

I don't think there will be. IIRC the F&F pack for FH2 came out before the movie did so if there was going to be a pack relating to Fast 8, I think it would've been released by now.

I still think there's gonna be a hoonigan car pack somewhere in the future for FH3. Perhaps a tie-in with FM7 at E3?

Dom's Charger was in the leaked car list, so maybe there's a chance...
A lot of the cars in the dev build are not necessarily included because they were planned for release, but because they are useful for various testing purposes. Some could also be leftovers from Forza Horizon 2 code.

Just because something was in that build doesn't mean it's going to get a release.

I just had my first go at the championship for homologation specials, and I'm quite disappointed to find that none of the DLC cars have made it into the event. I expected to see cars like the HDT Commodore and R31 Skyline, but all of them were cars from the base game. I don't know if they have been lazy in the process of implementing the DLC or just forgot that some championships move beyond the standard divisions. The strange, albeit good, thing is that the championship for barn finds does accept some of the DLC barn finds. Inconsistent to say the least.

Annnd I think I missed the 3.3 Turbo Forzathon too. Between trying to move, finishing school and work I logged on, bought a DB5, won a championship with it but didn't get an achievement or car. This was yesterday, as far as I know I should have been eligible. Can there be a lag?
I've still not seen my Turbo 3.3 despite completing a championship (and winning it if that matters) with a DB5. I'm not too happy about that, I wanted the Turbo. I'll try my luck on the auction house later. They're in the millions? Ah well.

I looked last night and saw 6 for sale. Three were being sold by the same person with the same paint job. All were in the millions.

IMHO all traffic cars should be drivable.

Seriously. I miss the simple hatchbacks!

There is literally no legitimate reason why we cannot drive them. Heck, even the Iveco truck or Bus. The arguement that they're too large goes right out the window when you can get behind the wheel of a Gurkha.
It bothered me in FH2 when you couldn't drive the Alfa 155. If they can promote that thing to driveable status why not everything else?

My real car, the 4th gen. Subaru Legacy, hasn't been driveable since Forza 4, but it's a traffic car in Horizon 3. I would kill to use it in this game.

Cars like this Subaru Legacy appears to have fallen victim to Forza's current emphasis on performance and classics. For example, nearly all the modern saloons in recent Forza titles are from high-end manufacturers and divisions like Audi RS, BMW M, Mercedes AMG and Volvo Polestar. Maybe this particular Legacy generation would stand a chance if Forza got its hands on something like the limited STI S402 for JDM. I wouldn't mind that!
