I'm really liking this Forzathon idea PG has done, as it carries a bunch of possibilities for new cars (even returning ones as displayed in the post above) and such. I'm hoping Forzathon gets carried over to Forza Motorsport 7, because imagine the cars T10 can put out for us to win and obtain, as well as extra credits, wheel spins, mods (hoping it gets carried over) and much more! :D:D
 
I must be the only one who doesn't care much for these forzathons anymore. I'd rather do the Hot Wheels expansion and use the winnings to buy them.

They seem a little too repetitive to me and currently I only bother doing the ones with a car I really want. When it was announced I was expecting a mixed bag of (actual) challenges similar to what we have now as well as things like doing certain Blueprint championships, races and bucket lists along with reaching a certain time in rivals events. The current "complete this simple task" just seems rather unimaginative.

The non-car rewards also don't provide much incentive as I'm currently at the point where credits and XP are pretty meaningless.
 
I just go after the car Forzathons at the first opportunity and not bother with the other challenges. Plus I only really use the AH to go fight people for Horizon Edition cars.
 
I never use the Auction House to buy cars (outside of when I plan to use a rare one). I have amassed enough CR from racing, Rivals and livery downloads to make everything feel "free".

As for #Forzathon I've done all of the Challenges so far and will likely continue to do so until it stops becoming a thing.
 
My mentality is that you can never have enough money, XP, and wheelspins, so I always do the challenges. My goal is to not only 100% the game but also drive every car in it, so every little bit helps.
 
Getting close to 100% at Blizzard Mountain. Just have a few championships left. As for the main game, still got a way to go. Need to finish the harder Bucket Lists, 3 star some PR stunts and get more championships done. Who knows if I can 100% the Hot Wheels expansion, could be a bit easier than Blizzard.
 
Annnd I think I missed the 3.3 Turbo Forzathon too. Between trying to move, finishing school and work I logged on, bought a DB5, won a championship with it but didn't get an achievement or car. This was yesterday, as far as I know I should have been eligible. Can there be a lag?
 
I definitely missed it. Our rabbit got into our bedroom and promptly munched through cables. The HDMI leads aren't the problem, but she chewed the external HDD lead in two and surprise surprise, that's where Horizon and every game I've bought since April last year reside.

Oh no! Sorry to hear. Are your save files stored in the cloud? It could be a matter of re-downloading all the games and the game saves may still be intact. I dunno if it works that way by default or not, but I can't recall setting it that way and all my save files are stored in the cloud.
 
Have you ever completed a forzathon event without even trying?

With that I mean, you weren't trying to do that challenge at the time but somehow you pass it.

I just had it, I got in the Aston DB5 to an event and decided to offroad my way to the first race and somehow completed an event along theway earning myself some xp

Not the first time this has happened either.
 
Had a lot of fun playing Co-op Campaign this weekend with CB69, I really haven't spent much time playing the co-op, usually I just play the regular online adventure mode. Co-op is really well done, I hope we see it in FM7.

@Populuxe Cowboy and @SPhilli911 I've bought a compatible PSU for my Seagate drive, so I imagine it'll still be sat on the hard drive ready to go. I don't suppose it would be different to a power cut situation really?

Estimated delivery is between the 5th and 9th so I can get my Hot Wheels on!

As long as nothing wasn't actively accessing the Hard Drive when the cable cut out you should be fine. If it was on at the time there may be corrupted data.
 
I got my 930 and managed to snag another from the auction house for 300k. Now they are all going for millions. :|

I leave the Xbox in instant on mode, but unless something happened to be updating on the external drive, then it should've been in passive mode. I'm hopeful it'll work without a hitch...
 
I am still holding out hope that the Chryslus from FM6 (and Fallout 4, of course) will make it to FH3. It just seems like a waste to model it only for FM6 and then that's it. No more Chryslus. That thing would look awesome rocketing across the outback.

Now that the Bone Shaker is coming, that's only half of the cars I want in Horizon :)

I doubt we'll see it again until Bethesda want to sell more copies of Fallout.
