...not really, judging by what we're getting with these tacked on, lame, dull and uninspiring updates.
They do nothing to improve the game, that much...

I feel it was executed poorly. They could have released it with five cars and five tracks. Made plenty to do with just that initial content. Added new content monthly. However, it's just been done poorly.

Either released too soon, or cross-gen development is significantly slowing them down. Probably a combo of the two. =/
