Yeah Kaz mention Race cars will be the ones with better damage.. But anything can change ;)

I just saw a video posted on this vehicle, but the quality is quite bad. It shows the interior of the G37.

By the way.. at 2:19 is that a new camera angle? Hood cam? usually GT4 had ROOF cameras, with GTPSP Roof camera is even higher and further in...

I want also a HOOD cam!

Is that a normal Honda civic? Is it me or does it have a body kit? as well the 2 black dots on the front hood, is that the hood hatches thingies? ( I do not know the name haha, flame me for not being too hardcore :()

Its definetly a tuner car, no license plate. The Window Decal/vinyl also implies it was created by PD, so along with the Mini we have more tunes by GT.

I hope we can do things like that in the game ourselves. It would suck if they only made around 50 cars tuneable with bodykits.

That is why PD needs to create a simple body kit creator. That way all cars can be modified! Simple tool like that will be awesome, choose form pre selected body kits or factory one and modify them!

I'm pretty sure that we can. I've always thought that the "concept by GT"-cars in Prologue are examples of how we can tune the cars in the full game.

Hm... all this talk makes me wonder how many of the 1000 cars are 'Concept by GT'... :P

this is a pic where you can see the bumper hanging a little.

Look at how badly bent up the front left corner of the hood is! Fantastic!

Hopefully none of them will be if Antti-san is right.

Wasnt it confirmed the cars from GT5P will be able to be transferred to GT5? There is about 10 "Concept by GT" cars...

About the hood- It must be the bumper hanging, or the Carbon Fiber in GT5 bends :nervous:

Maybe our definition of 'confirmed' is different...
About 3/4's of the way down. http://us.gran-turismo.com/us/products/gt5p/

Thats if the concept by GT Tuner cars are actually in GT5...

They might not be, as so many have said, its probably just a demonstration of what is possible when tuning cars in GT5.

I think if that is the case, most likely it will transfer all the standard manufacturer's cars and give you a little extra starting cash.

I mean come on, i will be starting GT5 from scratch anyway, its more fun that way. A Headstart reduces the game's life.

Look at the hood! Look at how the let side is so bent up! Big difference from GC and Tokyo.

Head Start on Gran Turismo 5 -- Get a jump on the competition. You can transfer your Gran Turismo 5 Prologue progress to Gran Turismo 5 when it releases.
Since when does "progress" mean "cars"?
It could be money, it could be licenses (depending on which levels you finished), it could be cars.... I dont see any confirmation here.

No it wasnt confirmed and you can clearly see the bumper is hanging down...

I think we can say its a combination of both the bumper and the hood

Which it most likely is. I find it very doubtful that a head on collision would leave the carbon fibre 100% intact.

In the past it has always been starting cash or certain licenses completed at Bronze level.

However, with GTPSP allowing cars to be transferred, it would be silly if you couldn't transfer cars from prologue also. But i doubt you will be able to transfer your entire collection.

*sigh*

It would shatter.

Which no game does. Even the definitive one.

Its like people are expecting perfect damage.

Im happy to see the game looks photo-realistic.

All the damage boys are going to be disappointed when cars dont explode.

MOre importantly...

The civic hb isn't stock. It has sideskirts and I think an aftermarket bumper/rear spoiler.

Any Civic fans here? Looks like 98-99ish, if thats a Wings West kit, or veilside, i think we have kits confirmed.

Carbon fiber will flex, then it explodes. It doesnt bend. So, either it is an optical illusion, or PD really effed up.

BTW, I understand 'progress' doesnt include cars... :sly: (all typed before I saw the previous 3 post, and since I have now read them, my last comment was sarcastic)

I edited the picture and circled in red the part of the hood I was talking about.

I don't know... just looks like a shadow to me. There is a delve in the opposite side of the hood aswell, just different lighting on both,

It would take extra work to change the damage for certain carbon fibre parts, so even if it acts like Aluminium/Aluminum in the game i don't think it makes a great deal of difference, as long as there is some damage.

Is it just me or are the cars on track different than the ones named in the menu in video 2? There's no mini there?

Ok, well what about this?

JR Rocha 2.jpg

You can see very sharp bends in the hood. The designed bends in the hood are not that sharp.

There are more than the 8 cars on the track (should be 12).
The Mini is one of the, or the last AI car.

EDIT: @RedSuinit: Yes, it actually looks like cracked carbon to me.^^
