Edit: Also, SAMHAIN, bdubclub and myself were the only ones in the practice room yesterday morning. We did a couple 4-lap practice races and they were quite exciting. Should be some good racing.

I wanted to join up but was at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the MotoGP race. I figured that would be a good enough excuse to miss the pre-season practice. 👍

I'd join up for some practice tonight but it's going to be a little late for me. I work early so I'm usually in bed by 10pm EDT. I'll keep tabs for the next one though. First race this Sunday, correct?

Tried to but because it was the 100th Celebration traffic was terrible and we got stuck many miles from the track. After only moving a half mile in close to 2 hours we gave up and went home. I've been to the last 2 500's though and went to the Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio a couple weeks ago. 👍 BTW, I live in Anderson and work in Noblesville.

Looks like we have finally settled on a team name, our name is going to be Team BKU x3. Also I believe my teammate is still in need of a car, so if you could hook him up Turbo that would be appreciated.

Also I did send a picture of my driver to you, but didn't read you wanted the arms crossed pose, so I will have to resend it.

Also, I know it is a bit late for this but..... No bonus points for the weekend's overall winners? Not trying to reinvent the wheel here, but I think some bonus points (individual and team) for the highest point totals on the weekend wouldn't be a bad idea. What does everyone else think?

I based the points setup off of the Renault Clio Trophy, which only has bonus points (or so I read) for fastest lap.

I found that I had to add a couple bonus points to my series points to help avoid an impending 3-way tie towards the end of the season ( 🤬 Brosif, Wardez & WiiFreak! Lol ). But, that's not how the original real-life Clio series was and I think the point is to try to replicate the feeling of an actual Clio race weekend, which is the best part. 👍

EDIT: seems I spoke to soon. According to The Great Wiki bonus points were also awarded for pole position!
