Hi guys i just want you to see this video mod of 24h of Spa on PC simulator RFACTOR, until a great and fun simulator... In this video i'm in battle with a corvette vs aston martin, a long but awsome endurance battle that i just take a bit, this is the video, hope you enjoy, was very fun!! subscribe my channel :)

Ok, it worked. Had to wait abit (and get past the stupid adfly page) but it downloaded.

Well, Im disappointed. Like most modern Le Mans rfactor tracks, this is very inaccurate in terms of elevation, track width, etc. Im not asking for perfection, but the Mulsanne straight should be, well, straight.
It's just a free mod, not paid AAA content.

But you can't really be disappointed in something you got for free

So even it its not great quality, I have no reason to be displeased? Sorry, but I really like my mods to be accurate. The very reason I removed most of the VECH mod off my rFactor install is because they have car models not even close to the real thing (including a Lola that was a horrid attempt at a Ligier JSP2).

Besides, how are they supposed to know what to improve if I don't give any sort of feedback? We won't have any improvement in quality if we just get every mod and not speak out about the issues (like I did with the Lotus LMP).

So I've been asked again to do Numberplate conversions AND the skins I have to do it on look like this:

And this is all I've been doing ever since :banghead:

I think that's a result of it being saved in the wrong .DDS settings.

Edit: Now that I look at it again, it's in .png..... not sure why it'd be in that format.

I tried to download and install that LMP1 Triple Pack earlier tonight. Trouble is... it doesn't show up in my list of vehicle mods for rFactor. I don't know if I needed to have some other mod installed previously or whatever, but it just won't show up.

I assume your talking about the one RACECAR posted? It's for the Enduracers mod, but you need a texture file from the WES mod to make them appear on the track.

EDIT: I feel should also mention that I found this

Easily the best quality version of the Nissan I've seen for rFactor, but you do need to do a bit of tweaking to the .GEN files if you want to use it in Enduracers or WES mod. Download link is in the comments of this video btw.

Are there any VLN mods kicking around for Rfactor? I'm aware of the 2005 (which seems to be the most popular) and 2007 versions, however I haven't seen any completed versions besides those two. I know there were a few being worked on (2009, 2012, etc) however it seems development on those has pretty much halted..

I downloaded two car mods- the International Touring Car Championship 2014 mod and a very old one... the Grand Prix 1979 mod. First, the ITCC '14 mod.

I picked up the ITCC 2014 mod just to try to find a quality touring car mod. I was just looking for a basic and fun touring car mod. Some of the physics of the cars I used was a bit unusual. Bouncing a curb almost makes you feel like you're driving on the moon. I actually rolled over my Chevrolet Lacetti WTCC in this mod during a testing session racing San Francisco Sprint (a GRID converted track to rFactor).

The Grand Prix 1979 mod has been out for a long while, and I was convinced to get it after being inspired seeing videos from Project C.A.R.S. and Assetto Corsa with vintage F1 cars. I thought it was fun driving these vintage F1 cars. My steed was one of the Ferraris- Jody S.'s Ferrari. There are some drivers in the mod who are pretty big deals. You know, big deals like Mario Andretti and Gilles Villeneuve among others. Using the old Silverstone circuit, these are NOT the cars to do any sort of late braking or dive bombing. Also, the steering is a bit heavy. Then again, remember this is a mod featuring vintage cars. The biggest challenge of older race cars is to deal with not having as many fancy aids and technologies of modern racing machines. The cars do get up to speed pretty well and sound great. Grand Prix 1979 has long been a Hall of Fame car mod on rFactor Central.

These are two mods that are pretty cool to look into across two different disciplines of motorsport.

Decided to get the RallyWorld mod. Had to find an unofficial DL for it because the offical site is in Spanish or Italian or something like that and even translated to english I can't find where to download the mod. Had a blast in the Group B Quattro at Pikes Peak! Really awesome car.

After trying the Rally World mod I had a go at the Historic Rally Cars mod and it is amazing. Not as high a quality as the Rally World mod but has the Audi Quattro and Suzuki Escudo Hill Climb cars, and comes with Pikes Peak.

Thank you, do I have to use this combined with another enduracers mod or just use it on it's own?

Its an add-on so you use it with the enduracers mod you have. Only requirement is that you have to install Sp3 first but apart from that, it should work.

The SP3 from here, right? I have already installed it so I'll just install the add on :)
Btw, how does the hybrid work exactly? Do you just hold the button like in real life?

The mod by itself only imitates the sound the hybrid system makes under braking but this small update adds the additional seconds of boost per lap as per real life.
