Got back to pits, fresh tires, full tank of fuel, race pace now :) Increased BB to 5/6 for better turn in entry. 2nd lap 1:56.1s, and 3rd lap, 1:54.960 lap , that was not smooth lap either as I was too careful on some corners.

The braking point speeds are : 1st chicane 178mph ( at minimum ) and hold at least 40mph in the chicane, exit on 1st gear for explosive acceleration to reach 160mph for 2nd chicane, brake hard in straight line as long as possible, tricky here, hold around 50mph with throttle control on 2nd gear. The next series of right hander, brake point speeds around 110+mph then hit both apexes at 75+mph, be as smooth as you can, lift the brakes right when about to hit the apex, but on worn rear tire, be very careful to avoid oversteer on entry ( with 5/6 BB ).

Long straight now, past the bridge, brake hard in straight line at least from 165mph, hit the left apex green stuff, at 75+mph, then keep on 2nd gear, hold throttle to get close to redline touching the right apex in the middle of S turn, should be close to 90mph, and hit the left exit apex shifting to 3rd as early as you can and full on throttle, should be hitting at least 166mph braking for the final right parabolic turn, no need to clip the inner apex, get close at 75+mph, and full on throttle to finish. Should be 1:47s when you see the the green grass ends on the left at the exit of last turn.

The Diablo SVR handling changed a bit when the rear tire worn to 75% or lower, it might get loose on lower gears and trail braking can be tricky with higher rear brake balance ( 5/6 for example )

Ran about 12 laps in total :) Fuel was almost empty in lap 8 and should still lap in 1:56s:)

You mean to download... :P
I'm assuming for our event STANDARD brakes are mandatory, right?
We can make them mandatory, but I don't find any advantage using Racing Brakes (on contrary) so we can let it as free choice. ;) 👍

@All
The practice event is already created in the Club Events. :P

Thorin goes late down the inside into Quarry and catches OdeFinn off guard. There's a little bumper to bumper contact and the Evo holds the tight inside line to take advantage. Odefinn re-groups and sets off after Thorin.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_7.jpg

Thorin leads into The Cutting but is too aggressive with the brakes. He locks up and OdeFinn gets much better drive up the hill to take the lead.

Danbojte passes Thorin in turn 10 and sets his sights on OdeFinn as they all head down the mountain. But Odefinn will take some catching.

Thorin leaves the pit after taking on too much fuel and TurnLeft uses the pitstop to close the gap between him and Thorin to 2.2 seconds at the first intermediate split on lap 8.

Danbojte pits on lap 8 and gets the fuel just right. He rejoins the track just as OdeFinn rounds Turn 1 after putting in a flying Lap in the 2:29s.

Holy 🤬 🤬 Ridox...I can't believe you're dropping 1:54's with this Lamborghini SV-R at Monza. I'm LUCKY to post 1:57's. :banghead: I don't know how the hell you can drive with brake balance at 5/6. I just gently place my foot on the brake pedal with that setting and my tires lock up like I pulled the e-brake! I'm serious... I just drove about 8 laps and I was all over the place. I'm really depressed because you guys know how much I love Lamborghinis... :(

I swear to god, this is what my driving looks like:

I am driving like Vadim Kogay, driver of the green 458 #333... :embarrassed: :(

I have no idea how you are holding such speed through the chicanes. I'll even drive an entire lap, not exceeding 100mph, just so I can brake to precisely the speeds you've mentioned, and my car will just slide out of control. I have to go slower...Ugh!!

Racing brakes ? With my 5/6 BB, I did have to apply full brake force from high speed, but gradually ease off the brakes as I got slower. Here are some older videos of me driving with no abs at Monza, from GT5, but the general idea is the same, braking, entry point, clipping point, and exit are similar.

Ferrari 458 Italia at Monza Rain, 2:07.xxx

Ferrari F40 '92 at Monza, 2:01.7xx

I should have started a solo race for 3 laps so I can share the 1:54s lap replay for reference :(

No...I'm using standard brakes. When I tried racing brakes I had to lower down to like 2/3 and they were still too finicky for my liking.

Run higher rear at lower value for standard brakes, if you have 2/3, try 2/4, the lower front will lessen the lock up tendency, but might cause the rear to squirm when the tire got worn. I would go to extreme first, say 0/3, if the rear locks up, use 1/3 then increase both until you find it strong enough and not locking up.

Well i won't be able to join you, in the race, even if I could I'm no where near the place I was before, so buying a lambo is out of my league for now, i had to restart a new game because there was corrupted data of GT6 and it wasn't reading the back up file,

Day bonus restarted, lost all my cars, all my videos, all my pics. I'm back with the FIT RS lol.

Notes :
I love this car, I really do !!!

For every GT6 player, this car is a must have  The 1st car that every garage owner should be proud of, the FIT RS is a beginner's car, yet it has great potential when tuned and sounds decent, just don't use stock exhaust

This 450PP build is based on J's Racing Honda FIT RS track car ( Super Taikyu ). The weight distribution is fixed to replicate real life specification at 62/38, another GT6 mistake :) Fear not, this nose heavy FF is still agile and a rocket on twisty tracks.

For suspension, J's Racing OHLINS Type S coilover is used, with 10kg/mm front and 6kg/mm rear spring rate, the coilover allows -50mm drop on the front and -60mm drop at the rear. With damper tuned for balance and response, this FIT eats corners at Tsukuba with ease.

LSD is 1.5 way with medium preload for good response when traction is needed most, and low locking rate to balance things out.

Transmission uses 6 speed custom close ratio combined with ATS Final Gear at 4.688 :D This gives the FIT awesome acceleration that keeps the engine in sweet power range of the high rpm turbo. Adjust the final if necessary when higher top speed is required.

The car was tuned and tested at Tsukuba, Brands Hatch GP + Indy, Nurb GP/F and Streets of Willow :D
The J's Racing FIT RS 450PP is capable of mid 1:05s lap at Tsukuba on comfort soft. Included below is the replay file of the test lap with the time done on 1st lap :D Take a note of how braking is done on 1st corner, smooth is fast 👍

Don't forget to try this little pocket rocket on sports medium ( R comp semi slick ) to appreciate just how wonderful a FIT can be on the track !!!

ENJOY

Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit.jpg

OdeFinn and danbojte bith get super starts and take the initiative but the Evo of Brewguy gets up inside danbojte's Impreza by the first corner. Brewguy clips the curb on the inside and has a slight coming together with danbojte. Thorin watches carefully for any incident and slips up the inside of both of them after squaring off the corner to snatch second place. Brewguy goes 3rd and danbojte follows in 4th.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_2.jpg

After closing in on the brakes. danbojte makes his move. Up the inside of Brewguy at The Cutting to take 3rd.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_3.jpg

Lap 1 finishes with Odefinn leading from Thorin by 1.5 seconds. Danbojte a further 2.3 seconds behind and Brewguy another 4.

Going into Quarry on the second lap, danbojte make an uncharacteristic mistake and clips the curb on entry, unbalancing the car. Trying to recover the back tyre catches the curb on exit and Dan loses control.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_1.jpg

Brewguy can hardly believe his eyes as he comes past.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_7.jpg

Danbojte keeps on BrewGuy's rear until the top of the hill. Brewguy spins out on and Danbojte narrowly misses the spinning Mitsubishi.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_8.jpg

While still trying hard to keep up with the flying OdeFinn. Thorin gets a wheel on the grass while braking into The Chase and spins out at high speed.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_9.jpg

Thorin loses almost 12 seconds to OdeFinn due to the spin but manages to rejoin still in second place. As danbojte closes the gap right up.

The battle for second ran on for a few laps. The two cars like fire and Ice. Danbojte's Impreza continued to close in the bends only to loose ground again on the longer straights to the power of the R33. The fight continues for two laps until Thorin over-corrects a slight slip and runs very wide out of 10.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_10.jpg

And danbojte took full advantage of this error to take over second spot on lap 4...
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_11.jpg

...Then danbojte takes an early pitstop.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_12.jpg

Thorin continues and is back in 2nd place by the start of lap 5

Brewguy is close enough to go back to 3rd before danbojte leaves the pits.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_13.jpg
But Danbojte makes use of his fresh rubber to reel in Brewguy over the lap.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_14.jpg
And applies pressure from Quarry all the way up the hill on lap 6. Then he goes on the attack.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_15.jpg
After a near miss danbojte gives Brewguy a little room on the downhill but sticks close enough to apply pressure until Brewguy spins off in the same place as Thorin did a few laps earlier.
Mount Panorama Motor Racing Circuit_16.jpg
Thorin make his pitstop on lap 6 and danbojte goes by into second as Brewguy pits too.
