Sounds good. I know you've said, multiple times, that you've been very busy lately. I wasn't trying to push -- just curious if you had hit any developmental issues or something. 👍Just need testing on 1.19 New update and all The car is very wild, similar to YellowBird, not sure if this car will be fun for many on CM tire I may add high toe alignment to help with ease of driving, but will need further testing.
I think the Alpine A110 is one of the most gorgeous cars ever created. It's different, ya know? So little. So light... So much fun!
You don't think 750kg is light?! Tell that to my 1800kg Aventador!!
Ridox, I have another question regarding your Ferrari F40 (EU Spec). This time it's about the transmission options...
Here is the transmission settings information from your build sheet:
DOG CLUTCH TRANSMISSION - Corrected EU Market Ratio Gear Set and Final
Install all power parts
Set Default
Set Final to 4.000
Set Auto Max Speed to 220kmh / 137mph ( lowest )
Adjust each gear :
1st 3.692
2nd 2.296
3rd 1.636
4th 1.284
5th 1.022
Final Gear : 2.727
Optimum Shift Point : 7400-7700 RPM ( as in real life )
OPTIONAL GEAR RATIO - Auto Motorsport Feb '89
DOG CLUTCH TRANSMISSION - Corrected EU Market AUTO Motorsport Mag 1989 Review Version Ratio Gear Set and Final
Install all power parts
Set Default
Set Final to 4.000
Set Auto Max Speed to 310kmh / 193mph
Adjust each gear :
1st 2.769
2nd 1.722
3rd 1.227
4th 0.963
5th 0.767
Final Gear : 3.620
Optimum Shift Point : 7400-7700 RPM ( as in real life )
My question is: Which of the two is the actual stock Ferrari F40 transmission? Both of them mention "corrected" and I noticed that what you have listed as an "optional gear ratio" is the only transmission option on your other Ferrari F40 EU Spec (the one from AUTO Motorsport Mag). I'm surprised at how different the two transmissions are. Do you have any idea WHY the gear ratios and Final Gear are so different?
EU Spec Ferrari F40 No Cats Option 1 is 513hp! Both transmissions feel great. Like I said...running a straight line acceleration test on SSRX produced similar data. Not exact, but the cars are within a couple of car lengths - I think. Maybe I should pull the data into MoTeC just to verify it. Ugh...I just wish it was a little quicker exporting MoTeC data out via USB stick. I wish batch processing were possible too. It is such a fantastic tool and I never, ever use it anymore.
EDIT: Oh, btw...Fantastic photo of the Nissan 370Z. Gorgeous!!

I've already built and check this beauty - Got 2:11.281 on third lap at Suzuka with ds3 and at , it steers like a race car and it's unstable when hitting gas on the apex like most cars
I'll check it but my best lap was imo perfect and i dont i'll have another lap likd that earlyThat's a good lap time with AT You can reduce instability by reducing LSD accel to 27 or 24
Welcome to the Club @PatrisS136I'll check it but my best lap was imo perfect and i dont i'll have another lap likd that early
BTW Yesterday I've joined your fan club and I cant wait to race
I've always loved the F40 so, when they revealed the LM version for racing in European GTC & at Le Mans, it just multiplied the feelings I can remember it racing against the McLaren F1 around 1994/95. It actually won a round of the championship in Sweden (possibly France too).Thinking of adding another spec for F40 GT Full Power ( no restrictor ) at 590HP, and F40 LM at 700HP ( IMSA spec with 38mm restrictor ) or full power 785HP European GTC spec ( no restrictor ).
The Taisan #34 was originally F40 GT with 590HP/1050kg empty weight, competing in CSAI Italian GT ( owned by Jolly Club ), then it was sold to TAISAN, fully converted to F40 LM by Michelotto and also uses HKS suspension parts. The F40 LM engine spec has 785HP on full power, but in JGTC the power is limited to near stock 478+PS and minimum weight of 1200kg.
There several idler gear option for racing use that I might include in the replica post above, the real F40 GT/LM can be equipped with gearing that allowed it to reach close to 370kmh top speed. I mam considering to add stiffer spring rate combo for flatter track. The replica above was tested at Bathurst, Suzuka and Apricot Hill.

Modifying the showroom spec F40 to visual LM spec was the first thing I checked in GT Auto. You can imagine my heartbroken disappointment...
Mechanically though, that's a whole different prospect & I would encourage you to work your magic spanners on this classic 👍
I loved the LM so much, I built 1/8th scale plastic model around 15 years ago. Unfortunately, it had the glass area & rear wing damaged when I moved house
The F40 LM in GT1 class BPR Global GT Endurance Series at Suzuka 1000km in 1995 was 5 seconds faster than Taisan F40 JGTC.

I have so many completed cars waiting to be posted, just need to find time to play and post them.Oh , this against F1 gtr can be interesting
