Please post your review results and questions for Round 6 here. And remember - these are only the minimum reviews. All teams are welcome to examine and verify all replays. This is just to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort if a run is obviously clean or obviously a DQ.

* Round 6

VV has noticed a touch in GT4Portugal's run by ~2/3rd of the run. If I understood well, it's at the bottom of the track, in the hairpin section leading to T3 or after the esses coming down the T2 hill.

Race 6-Montoya-GTPlay

RH side wall @ T2

43.207-101
43.407-100
43.607-98
43.807-99

speed drop under full power,no braking

Can a few other reviewers confirm these touches, please? I'd like multiple opinions before I make any DQs. Thanks!

And great work by all the many reviewers. This process is going very smoothly so far.

We will take a look at it to, i will have a talk with my driver to. I'm pretty sur it's not on purpose, maybe one of those many invisibles walls.

later.

Hope to view GT Planets run tonight or early tommorrow. Sorry for the hold up.

EDIT - reviewed GTP's run by holl01 and its clean and fast.

Some close calls but in the end i have to say its a great run by a DS2 using aussie. Pity i couldn't do it :sly:

From a Numbers PAL driver:
"I already wathced the GTPlay run a couple of days ago, and I could identify two touches on that one.
The first touch is the one you mention right after T2. There is a sudden speed drop when the car is right up against the grass wall.
The second is on the exit of the right hand turn before the straight leading up to the left/right before the finish line. Here there is no speed drop and as the wall on the left side of the track is invisible you can't see any contact, when using the view from behind the car. If you use the "inside" view instead (or front bumper or whatever it's supposed to be) you can tell that the car recieves a little bump. This could only have come from having contact.
I'll have a look at the GT4Portugal replay later."

Continuing the quote above:
"Checked the GT4Portugal round 6 replay and the hit is very obvious. I don't know what he was thinking submitting this, you'd have to be blind to miss it."

We have to remember that this is GT4Portugal's first Board Challenge event. I'm not advocating that we accept a bad run, but we should recognize that they may not be as familiar with the strict criteria at this level of OLR.

So it seems that GTPlay is a DQ for this round (I'll check to see if they submitted an alternate time). Can I get some more opinions about the GT4Portugal run?

Im sorry about this run.

This was the first TKM_[PT] run with OLR run a even the first time he submitted a replay file.

Next edition we will be more prepared and experienced :) Beware (kidding)

Can anyone give me a second opinion on Crazy Team's replay? The right hand wall after T2 again. The throttle is full, but the speed halts nevertheless - it doesn't drop, but it should be increasing with the throttle open full, at least that's what it did when I ran this track myself I think. Hard to tell because there are also hills and jumps affecting it, but when going through the section using select, the rear gets close enough for it to be able to be a touch. I'm really not sure, so I'd like a second opinion. Thanks!

Allright, GT Planet's PAL reviwer has noticed 2 or possibly 3 touches in Wity's Round 6 run for GTX. The reviewer said that a big touch occurs in between the two big jumps, and another right after T2 when going onto the dirt from the asphalt section. Another possible hit when entering the straight with the two jumps also. The reviewer also mentioned that the replay was saved as a full replay, and not a ghost file, so it is impossible to load it into the analyzer to look for spikes. He said the touches and speed drops can be seen in plain sight during the normal replay. I'll attatch the file in question, a second, third and fourth opinion from some PAL guys would be appreciated, considering Wity's attitude recently.:scared:

To help wrap this up, my replay was viewed by Manu from GTChallenge. He ok'd it, told his captains, but his captains fail to post that here. Werner from GTRP has also seen my lap and ok'd it, as posted in the thread.

I've viewed it too. It's ok for me. 👍

All the Round 6 replays are now in the Results thread - links in first post. So please take a few minutes and verify the remaining runs listed open in the first post here.

[edit]

We've had an experienced non-competing driver (daan) review Wity's GTX run and he found two definite touches - one between the two big jumps, and another at the landing for the second jump. Both have visible contact and speed loss. There are a couple other close calls deemed not touches.

I'm DQing the run. May God have mercy on my soul.

WernerWinkels run - 1'36.833 - is ok. 👍

zoud lap - 1'39.833 - is clean. 👍

Zoky race - 1'35.851 - is valid. 👍
Wow! Thanks for the work. I appreciate it!

I saw the replay. For me it's clean. No wall touch.
When the car is close to the wall, speed always increases.
Then, the car moves away from the wall and makes a small jump, exactly at the moment when speed does not increase.

So Phylantropy race - 1'40.525 - is ok for me. 👍

The last replay which is pending to be reviewed is the GTweb / Mistral one.
This replay was pre-verified by several captains here : https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=70692

Mistral's replay...who greenticked it?

You can use this program to view each frame in successtion next to the previous and next frame in the sequence. If anyone can make a higher quality video so as to catch all the frames it would be much appreciated 👍
