RUF CTR2 help needed

I need a complete setup for this car, specifically for the inferion (sp?) course on the boxer series, I've just about managed to scrape through the other 2 races, but can only get second on this. i've checked some guides here, but can someone please post this idiot a nice setup guide thanx!
