But it is linked to a March update...maybe a coincidence, but it has something to do with it.
Update =/= 'new project'.

Typically, when a company makes a product they are hoping to sell, they bother with advertising. If PD were releasing a new title we would know about it at least a month before release.
What if it just turned out to be GT5 XL, it got released just before March 2012 didn't it?
White&Nerdy"Make Europe a privelage?"
What are they going to do, pull another GT5 Preorder Content?
GT5 XL for Europe? 💡
What else will they give the rest of the world and leave us without?
Higher prices due to taxes?
They missed maybe one or two, the Edge Camaro and maybe the Gamestop Camry. Only a few of the Stealths were released here and were very difficult to obtain simultaneously. When the stealth Spec V was released it took months or years to finally get it here, despite its inclusion as a die-cast model with the US Collector's Edition (I have one sitting on my desk as I type this). The Chromeline XJ13 is still nowhere to be found, though it was released as a Christmas gift for a country that, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't usually celebrate Christmas.
News flash for you, in the European version of the Collector's Edition there was no die-cast model. No key ring. No numbered certification of authenticity. It was the game, five Chrome Line codes and the Apex book and that's it - and it still retailed for 79,99 which translates as $105.When the stealth Spec V was released it took months or years to finally get it here, despite its inclusion as a die-cast model with the US Collector's Edition (I have one sitting on my desk as I type this).
Maybe... maybe this information was just bogus...
💡
Don't be mad if it's this, though.
The OP doesn't post bogus info. His insights have given this board a heads-up on more than one occassion.
