Somehow I doubt that rushing him to Moscow Central was really an attempt to disprove the Kremlin poisoned him and more meant to ensure he's well out of the public eye when he "relapses". His days were likely numbered when that AWACS aircraft got blown up by the Belarusian opposition fighters earlier this year, you don't lose an expensive and vital piece of equipment like that under your watch and expect to not have to answer for it eventually.
