how do you get so many tickets?

A lot of us here have been trading since day 1 of release - call us "round the block a time or two" traders. Take that 73 and use it to get more tickets! Get a USB thumbdrive, save your game save to it, send the 73 ticket to the next trader, reload your save and you still have your 73 along with with whatever ticket you traded for it.

Every "cup" in a or b spec you win a car in a green colored ticket.
