I'm so irritated right now I don't know if I'll even get on tonight. Whomever is next inline can have my pick. If I make it I make it. Don't wait.

Make it, take some frustration out on us :sly:

EDIT: Everyone waiting for a host?

EDIT2: Never mind, guess it's data entry night, sigh.

Yeah sorry, I had to run to the office and I'll be here for a bit. I have to wait for this RAID array to rebuild.

What happened?
You've seen the boards by now I think.

Me driving while already frustrated is not usually a good thing.

Stupid RAID arrays anyway. How many drives and how big are they?

It's an old ReadyNAS that's about to be taken out back and shot. 4 1TB drives, RAID 5. I hate having to rebuild it just to move the data off of it, but at least it gets to die. And there's beer in the work fridge, so it's not all bad.

Oops, meant to reply last night.

Let's get her organized for next week 👍

Yes. Let's get those track selections, Owens you're up first. It'll be the 100cc cart next week!

I wish!!! Well don't wanna miss tonight's Stamina Series Race

Oh that I could drive for that length of time.

I've been having back issues lately and if I spend too much time in the chair driving, I pay for it :(

Back problems are no joke! Luckily mine have zero effects on driving or sitting. It's more upper righ shoulder blade and into the neck. That and my pain specialists keeps my pain under control. :)

WWwwwhhiiiiskeee. More specifically, Scotch whisky. The nectar of the gods will make all your pain insignificant. At least for a few hours anyway. :sly: :D ;)

I've mostly been okay, but earlier this year I went golfing and tried to go really deep with the driver and strained my back. Guess I'm not 20 anymore! It took me most of the week to feel normal again.

And now, Sunday nights I start to feel it tightening up near the end. It doesn't help that I'm:

a) old
b) out of shape
c) inactive
d) leaning in the chair as I do everything to hit the apex

b, c and d I can do something about, well b & c anyway. For d, I've thought about getting a harness for the chair so I can't lean with the car, seems over the top to me though and I"m not sure it would help.

The nectar works and I do have a small collection I need to work through 💡

But my hand/eye leaves me quickly

Glad I'm not the only one with a, b, c, and d. Yup, that be the only problem with the nectar. Makes you think yer superman.

I've had many issues with my back, on and off over the years. Found a routine that does the trick and gets me pain free quicker.

I Ice for the first day or two. I'm sure you know the drill. Start taking Robaxacet or Platinum right away. Ice keeps the swelling down, and the Robax relaxes my back muscles enough to allow better circulation and blood flow for the tissue to heal.

Edit: forgot to add that I start lightly stretching my lower back and lifting light weights about 5 days in

I'm at a point that if i pull my back I can get back to normal in a week with the routine. Without it I have to endure months of pain.
