Another version of the FD I posted on the previous page.

@JASON_ROCKS1998

Here is a very simple livery I did for a Chaser MK2 in about 10 minutes.

If I were to explain a bit about how I did it - I pretty much covered the car's edges with the line tool, filled it and then made a livery to go with it. Sometimes you might need to do what I did with the red part and make it strech a bit out - that way when it's on the car the roof won't have funny black marks (For example like the front bumper has a dark spot in the middle, that's because I didn't go fully around with the white on the bumper.
Alright, thanks. Might try to make another livery later on.

Using a side template from the IS wagon I managed to create this:

Needs some work, but I think I'm on my way to creating my Calsonic IS wagon! :D

Made a proper livery but it went wrong when I tried to apply it. I tried going for a racing livery full of racing sponsors and decided to start with just applying the sponsors first to see if it worked and it didn't.

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Ah, you have to cover the background in white first (Or just fill the car in white) then apply the decals, otherwise it ends up like that, although with the right colour it makes a cooler effect - With the Cherry Blossom Dragon, that was ment to be white in areas of the pinky chrome caused by not putting a white backdrop. I hope this helps!

Anyway here is a import I have been working on... The last picture is the best in my opinion. :embarrassed:

But what if I want to make the car a different colour e.g. I want the Skyline to be Gun Gray Metallic (like the real car) with those sponsors, if I change the car colour in the game the sponsors change too.

Well, In S-tuner when you import a decal that is white, it automatically goes to the same colour as the car, and if you change the colour of the car & re-apply the decal it will change the areas painted white in the program you used to edit in on the body colour in S-tuner if that makes any sense?

I still get that issue above even on a white car. Got a white Silvia S15 (put background to a white one just to be on the safe side) and I made a new template and it was still looking weird, applying taillights, and other car features twice. Or do you mean in the editing program paint the car white?

Ah yes yes - I ment applying the white on the editing program.

Mind if I get everyone's opinion on this? It's an R33 body from the windshield back. The front is all R34. It's also based on a tube frame platform.

Well, I never said I was perfect. Although I appreciate the comment.

And thank you as well Niku.

Aha, I didn't mean any harm (I'm sort of a perfectionist )

Also here is a little project I have worked about 3-4 hours into so far...

F12ITB.jpg

It's based off old racing engines, a Flat 12 ITB powered engine. :D (I'll edit in a coloured version soon)

Edit: Colour version

Alright, I'll ask:

After seeing the new NFS trailer, I really want to make that damn RWB Porsche. Question is, how do I import custom car files to S-Tuner?

Edit: Never mind. I figured it out.
