S-7 on Spec III is a joke. So easy. I owe that to you Sk. The Nissan GT-R is awesome on Fuji. What a tune you gave me. AWESOME Baby!!!!!!! I did some serious drifting in that race. It is so much easier than Spec II. I raced Spec II so many times that Spec III was EASY. So hard to get a penalty in Spec III. Your the man Sk.

The GTR drives so much better in Spec III. (the Ford GT too) And the penalties are ridiculous in Spec II.

Lower the car all the way front and back (-30 -30). Stiffen the shocks and springs (sp 4/5 dp 3/4) Leave the power and weight alone. Set the steering down to 30.

1 - 3.268
2 - 1.884
3 - 1.427
4 - 1.146
5 - 0.940
6 - 0.780
F - 5.128

It is really best if you manually shift this event, due to the power band of the teg, but you can get gold using auto.

Draft draft draft. Always stay lined up behind another car. Only pull out to pass. Never make contact with any other car or the wall. That will slow you down.

Be as smooth on the steering as you can. I know not as easy with a pad.

Don't even think about lifting off the throttle and don't touch the brakes.

I gave it a go and got gold by 0.980

Managed to Gold S7 on professional today :) Amazing feeling did it with the Tuned Vette and the tune in here.

so satisying to do it on professional now for the time trials, any tips ?
 
i meant the offline ones like the 'chino and the GTR at the ring etc.. seems like most people gold them on Standard i can only silver them on Professional atm
 
For any time trial, or race, see Clacksman's comment above.

You'll need some luck also, catching a draft on the straight, but NOT catching a slow AI car in the turns. Shift the chino VERY early.

I've golded all regular offline races on pro, but haven't done the TT events or "mission" races on pro. I don't have the burning desire.
 
hmm, it's all i've really got left on the game, i was .600 off on the GTR trial bit disheartening
 
The new and improved Vette tune should be called the best damn tune EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Golded S-7 and improved my S-10 from Bronze to Silver will Gold tomorrow for sure.

SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Golded S-10 with both the Amuse and the Tuned Vette. I was second with the Blitz. I love the Blitz now so sweet. It rapes all the other races on S that the Tuned Clio was suggested for. I do love your Clio setup though. I might try the Mines on many of those races.

thanks!!!!!:)))))), i did it finally.....i will buy a driving wheel.....any recomandations? thank's alot! i have in mind only g25 but is quite expensive here...are there any cheaper ?? or just worth the effort!?:)))👍
 
Thanks for all the tiips. I just passed S class.

The problem is that it doesn't feel fun anymore. Last month my boss went on Vacation, so I hooked up the P3s with G25 Pro wheel in the Movie theater in his Mansion. I think it was 140" screen with a 20k projector. Now playing at home with the pad is Blah. I guess Im going to have to get me a G25 and Playseat to make this enjoyable again.
 
I went from a 60" to a 26" (both HD). I just sit closer to the monitor. :lol:

Seriously though, a wheel makes all the difference in the way you experience this game.
 
These settings worked very good... in Standard! They do the job in Pro, too, but should be used with that little extra care out of the corners. Good stuff.

Probably because they are developed and intended for... in Standard!

If any of them work at all in pro that's a surprise to me. I would expect them to be way loose. With the exception of the S7/S10 Vette pro tune (clearly identified).
 
They weren't that loose, but in S-7 & S-10 it just didn't work! You're right on the money there!

Then I used your PRO settings for the Vette >> 1st...

Ive been using your mines tune and ive tweaked it a bit my fasted lap is 201.xx and i still only come in second to the corvette. i use the dfgt on pro i cant drive on standard is there anything else u can add to this tune

I worked for a while on a pro Mines tune (Amuse too) and found that the turbo lag killed me no matter what I did. When the boost comes up it overpowers the rear tires and I lose time catching it. I suspect that taller gearing may be the answer to this but I decided to move on to the Vette since it has very linear power delivery.

But I'd be interested in taking a look at what you've got for the Mines.
 
ola s2k2k3, i bought a gt wheel and I'm happy with it (grate price/quality ratio), now I just can't find a appropiat driving position since I don't have a driving seat, I'm using a coffe table for the wheel and 2 pillows for the seat:))) but the feeling is amaizing:))

My kitchen table works pretty well for me.
 
Hey s2k2k3... I'm a 49 year old newbie... but got hooked on the game after a friend showed it to me recently. I use the pad, even though my gf bought the wheel. I feel silly using the wheel. lol Anyway, I got the gold on S-10 with the Ford GT Concept car... but then just went back and got the gold with the Blitz. That was fun. I did it with this tune... and had my fastest lap in S-10 (a 159.xxx, even though I went off in the sand on that lap, so could have been faster if I showed a little more nerve, lol). What do you think of it, and where do you see some room for improvement with it:

Also, s2k2k3, have you tried the Ferrari 599 '06 in S-10? Just did, I got a 2.03.xxx lap and 9th place. Meaning, maybe it's possible with some practice. lol

I have tried the 599 and best I could do was 3rd. It just doesn't have enough PP to catch that vette. I'd like to try it with R3 tires to get the pp up but not allowed.

I'll try out your Blitz tune this evening.

Yeah, 3rd might be as good as it gets... right now 3rd would be a moral victory for me. lol Any of the Ferrari's better for S-10?
