Just took a quick look at gvs replay
OZ's best time on 1st Soft Stint 1:40.964, 2nd Soft Stint 1:45.064,3rd Soft Stint 1:43.279
Skeng best time on 1st Soft Stint 1:41.130, 2nd Soft stint 1:43.134, Medium Stint 1:44.250
Timee best time on 1st Soft Stint 1:42.676 , best time 2nd Soft Stint 1:45.618 , 3rd Soft Stint 1:47.343 , 4th Soft Stint 1:45.934
My replay says you two didnt use mediums ?
The .8 tenths a lap on mediums is more what I was referring to. The cars are closer on softs but I was .7 faster on normal softs in qualifying but we were the same on glitched softs.Just took a quick look at gvs replay

There is a lot this can be attributed to though, because the glitch tires are almost like a completely different tire. They require different setups and different driving technique. The .8 tenths a lap on mediums is more what I was referring to. Understanding the tires & pit sequence will be key to getting on the podiumRan some laps and the drop off goes upwards of 4 secs per lap from softs to meds. Meds to softs is about 1-2 secs. Third set seems to get faster and almost equals first stint of meds.

If what oz is saying is true and the HSV doesn't lose as much on the glitched tyres, whats going to be done about it?
Even if it is true not much can be done , they already gave the hsv a ridicilous 40 kg to start with.
Honestly , id wait until a few more races for more data . I wish calum had finished the last race so we could of seen his lap times.
Oz could be right or he could be wrong .
I personally believe that what oz said was correct. Prior to pitstops I could match Joe. After the pitstops I could no longer match him, and after he overtook me could easily pull 1s per lap.
Aside from excluding the HSV/ making everyone race HSV I don't see what can be done.
But let's see how round 2 goes. Maybe it was a fluke. Maybe it was track related
I got dropped with like 3 or 4 laps to go I think
There's no glitch with that. The laps is how many laps you've done since your last pit stop. If they lagged out the pit shows 0 and the laps is what lap they lagged out on.From here it looks like Gheak didn't even pit, this will be fun.I wish I was in town to get this sorted earlier.
Seth wondering if theres a restart rule this season? He got d.c from the last race but came right back. Not sure which lap though.
