You can use a background mask and then run the levels all the way up so the white overtakes everything.

Anyone else think the karussell locations at Nurburging is bugged? I can't get the car to look like it's moving fast without that dang prompt coming up right before the picture finishes loading. Once the picture loads the car is stationary and slightly blurred.
